Enjoy the splendor of college football pageantry tradition, as well as the nearly unmatched support from students past & present.
3. The Original Home of Baylor University - Now known for its home in Waco, Texas, Baylor University began life in Independence, TX for over four decades, no doubt a gem of Washington County, but with changing fortunes and financial shifts due to the Civil War, the move was made to Baylor's current home in Waco.
