Entrepreneurs Need ONE Thing To Succeed - Survivability

By Richard Peck

The idea of being an "entrepreneur" is the new "rock star" - millions of young people going off the beaten track in order to try and secure a better future for themselves or their families.

Fuelled partly by the Internet and partly by a changing economic landscape, the young of today are more focused on themselves than ever, unwilling to take "menial" jobs at the likes of McDonald's; instead taking on large amounts of student debt in order to secure as lucrative career as possible.

It's in the midst of this tectonic shift (where barriers-to-entry have been eroded massively, and the world opened up for business) that many have placed "entrepreneurship"... the idea of "working for yourself". Unfortunately, it's most a lie.

If you're interested in this type of thing, the first thing you need to realize is that entrepreneurship is a lifestyle, not a vocation. Most people are not "entrepreneurs", they're merchants (buy and sell products).

REAL entrepreneurship is about doing / building something that's NEVER been done before. This might be something simple (a new flavour of soft drink), or something as difficult as getting humanity to Mars. It is NOT about "selling" products for the sake of it.

What many see as a "choice" between a Dystopic future of student debt, mortgages, auto loans and 40+ years of 9-5, is in fact fraught with the utmost danger and risk. The biggest problem is that no one will help you. You're 100% on your own.

In other words, don't become an "entrepreneur"... you have to either be "born" one (which isn't strictly true), or be so utterly determined to see your ideas come to fruition that you're willing to risk your life on making it work.

This is what most people don't see. They see the accolades, cars, success - they don't see what goes on behind the scenes. It's because of this that I wanted to write this article.

Angela Lee Duckworth called it "grit", Elon Musk called it "chewing glass and looking into the abyss of death"... the one thing that anyone looking to bring their ideas to life is survivability - the ability to persist even when everyone else has either quit or been killed.

Every time you look back through history, at the *true* entrepreneurs... the Galileo's of the world; Magellan's; Sir Francis Drakes... we see the same pattern every time. A world-defining event that THEY survived. This was then brought to the market in some form or another, transforming the way that people live and are able to operate.

What most people think of as "entrepreneurship"... starting a "blog", running a "social media" account or some other menial achievement... is nothing worthy of note.

It doesn't *do* anything. It's paper pushing.

To "become" an entrepreneur is very simple.

Shut up and get to work. Most make the error of telling everybody what they're doing. Not only is this a mistake, but kills and chances of actually completing the task you set out to perform. Move in silence.

In terms of what you "do", this is also simple - focus on completing a task that pays you money. Don't worry about changing the world or anything up front, that comes later. Just get your head down and focus on making more money than the other guy, by producing the *best quality work* you can.

Imbue EVERYTHING you do with excellence - reaching to your highest possible potential to pull it off. This is what it takes to become successful.

What's interesting is if you do this, you end up finding opportunities that come out of the blue. They just appear without actually being forced in any way, allowing you to then develop "systems" which can be used to elevate your work to a new level.

It's these systems which end up being the hallmark of an entrepreneur - having the insight to create *new* systems gives you the ability to continue on your upwards spiral. It's also where the "best" entrepreneurs begin to shine - they typically are dogged enough to understand that putting a "system" out into the world is - by far - the most important aspect to achieving growth in life. This is where the "grit" element comes from.

Would You Buy a Juicer or a Blender on a Plant Based Diet?

By Jim Rosenau

Looking into a juicer the first thing that popped up and grabbed my attention was of course the price. They are not cheap. However, buying a grill to cook steaks on isn't either or a fryer for frying, so I put that to the side. Price really doesn't matter if you're doing this for your health. Just saying.

Advantages

I found that juicing separates the juice from the pulp. It allows for a much soluble fiber that absorbs water in your intestines. That supports healthy bacteria in your stomach. Juicing is a great option when it comes to cleansing and detoxing you're system. If losing weight is one thing you're trying to accomplish, then I definitely would buy a juicer. It is the most popular option when people are considering this type of change.

Disadvantages

When I was looking at the disadvantages, I really only found a few things that others mentioned while doing research. They are expensive and much harder to clean. That's it, everyone seems to love their juicers.

BLENDING ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

Advantages

This is my personal favorite just because I like the fact that I get everything from the fruits and vegetables. It separates nothing. For me that means it has a much more insoluble fiber. At 50 years of age it fills me up and keeps me much more regular in my stomach and a better stool. Blending helps me support my weight while getting all the nutrients in the final product. Also, my favorite advantage is you can add super foods to the blender.

Blueberries

Acai berries

Goji Berries

Cacao if you're blending a shack with almond milk.

Chia seeds

Hemp seeds

That's just naming a few, you get my point. Because, you are drinking more of the pulp it allows you're body to absorb the sugars much slower balancing out my sugar index. I feel great with much longer energy levels. That's just me though, you will have to decide for yourself. A blender is also much cheaper and I feel I use it for other purposes as well. It is much easier to clean also.

Disadvantages

Well I would actually like feedback on this, if any of you have any thoughts on disadvantages. The truth is it is my favorite option and absolutely love blending. Let me know you're thoughts in the comments section below.

WHAT ABOUT BENEFITS OF BOTH

Here is my thoughts on this, how can it be bad to put more fruits and vegetables into you're diet on a daily basis? Both of these options give great benefits with fiber in your digestive track. The health benefits alone should be enough for anyone to want to take the next step and add either the juicer or blender to your kitchen arsenal.

I have a history of health issues in my family, mostly cardiovascular disease. Just by doing either of these options you can actually decrease you're chance of a stroke by 26%. Now, I am not a doctor and I have only found this information while doing the research myself on the health side of it. Also, Alzheimer's disease is something I have my own thoughts on as well. It been said that by adding vegetables it can help prevent or prolong the progression on this disease. That is another reason I moved to a plant-based diet. I feel that with all the growth hormones provided to the animals we consume, is a leading cause as well. As well the chemicals that we put on the non organic produce. That is another article for another time.

DECIDING

I will say this though, I live a plant-based lifestyle and have made changes, this is just one of them. In my opinion it is completely up to you which route you would like to go. Whether you blend or juice you are making the change for your health. I have lost over 80 pounds and reduced my blood pressure down to normal, all by exercise and changing my lifestyle. If making changes either way makes you feel better and live longer, wouldn't you do it anyway? If you're looking to buy either one pick the one that you will continue to use every day for your family's health.

Remember that if you're combining different fruit juices to either blend, you could be effecting the final product. If, the sugar levels are high in the juices, then you're kind of defeating the purpose. Even the frozen fruit have all kinds of additives and sugar. Remember to read all the labels before you blend everything together. Also, one mistake many people make is adding too many fruit to their juicer or blender. If you're trying to lose weight it might actually slow weight lose down. I like to blend straight vegetables and every now and then I will add some kind of fruit. Remember I mentioned the super foods? I actually add more of those to make the most healthy shake.

If I don't feel like pulling out the food processor, I will use my blender to blend ingredients for my vegan burgers and hummus. So there are other things that you can use a blender for.

Healthy Diet Daily

By Pooja Hatte

Grains

Whole grains come in all shapes, sizes, tastes and textures. With a myriad of B vitamins, fiber, iron, plant-based protein and minerals, each tiny grain delivers a nutritional punch. A whole grain has its natural bran, which holds a good portion of its nutritional value.

The complex carbohydrates present in whole grains digest more slowly than refined versions, keeping blood sugar levels (and cravings) regulated for sustained energy. They've also been shown to reduce LDL ("bad" cholesterol), help to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, as well as lower heart disease and diabetes risk. With whole grains, you've got many options not only in variety, but versatility in the kitchen, too.

From breakfast to dinner and everything in between, there's a grain out there for every time constraint, cooking level and craving. Here are the 4 most nutritious whole grains with tasty ways to add them to your daily diet. Its tiny, bead-like appearance makes it a whole grain alternative to refined white pasta, can be ground in your blender to make gluten-free flour for baked goods, and can be turned into a creamy grain main like this Millet, Lemon and Kale "Risotto."

Oats

Bran rolled, steel-cut and whole grouts are all the same grain presented in different ways. They're high in soluble fiber, helping to lower cholesterol, improve digestion, help manage a healthy weight, reduce risk of cardiovascular disease and more.

An everyday pantry staple that makes not only a fantastic warm breakfast cereal with rolled oats, but also risotto with steel-cut or pilaf with whole grouts.

They're also star players in desserts, like this healthier recipe for Honey Oat Roasted Pears.

Corn

Not often thought of as a whole grain, corn's bad-boy health persona should be limited to the refined versions of itself (i.e. high-fructose corn syrup).

Its standout nutritional features are lutein and zeaxanthin, carotenoids that help eyesight. As a whole food, corn is a unique grain in that it's eaten fresh from the cob, as well as dried in the form of cornmeal and flour.

For an elegant and healthy vegetarian entree with corn, try this Veggie Ragu on Blue Cheese Polenta.

Brown Rice

Whole grain brown rice is a low-allergen; gluten-free whole grain high in B vitamins, selenium, fiber and slow-digesting carbohydrates. Many varieties of white rice can be readily found in whole grain brown rice such as basmati, short grain and long grain.

Combined with a legume or bean, brown rice turns into a complete plant-based protein, as showcased in this recipe for Goat Cheese, Lentil and Brown Rice Rolls.

Black Rice

Inky-black with a slightly sweet, grapey taste, this dark-colored whole grain is one of the highest sources of antioxidants in any food, even more so than most fruits and vegetables.

It's excellent as a side dish, used as a bed for curries or made into a healthy dessert like this Black Rice Pudding with Mango, Lime, Passion Fruit and Coconut.

Career Shift: From Office-Based Employee to Full Time Virtual Assistant Freelancer

By Norris Lemuel Lasay

Work is necessary, especially when you are the breadwinner in your family. You treat your job as the only source of income that even the slightest mistake can jeopardize your employment. Even conflicts with your co-employees, especially your supervisors pose a threat. I have worked in both office-based setup and as a virtual assistant and have dozens of reasons why I chose to work as a full-time virtual assistant freelancer. But here are my top 4 reasons why I decided home-based over office-based employment.

Traffic in the city - Reporting to work

Office-Based

On a daily basis, I have to allow 5 hours for commuting due to traffic. If my work scheduled is at 8 am, I need to start commuting by 6 am. Waking up in the morning feels frustrating. It's like dragging yourself to prepare for work. And when you are all set and ready to go, you see a lot of people like you waiting for a ride. It feels like you're into an action movie when rushing to ride a jeepney because everyone is in a hurry. But when I get a spot, I usually sleep while commuting (Hello! It's Davao City) so I get to rest for a bit.

Virtual Assistant

There is no need for me to wake up too early for the job. There's no need for me to allow 2 hours for commuting. My office is literally at home. I just have to take a shower, eat something, and poof! - I can start my work already. No hassle, no frustrations, and no rushing!

Toxic Environment - Social Engagement

Office-Based

You just came in the office from heavy traffic. You are still dripping with sweat and all of a sudden, one of your co-employees is sharing GOSSIPS! To be honest, I am fond of socializing with people, and I enjoy the company of others. In fact, I maintain a regular meeting with my supervisors and talk about parties, team building, summer vacations, etc. What's frustrating is when you encounter gossips, rumors about somebody inside the company. The environment becomes toxic that keeps me from efficiently working. As leading personnel in the office, you also have to mediate even petty quarrels of employees.

Virtual Assistant

It does not bother me really, and I get to read news and updates from the internet. There's nobody that will keep you engaged about something you are not interested. If I don't find an article interesting, I just close it and that's it!

Compensation and Responsibilities

Office-based

Earning a lot would mean more workload. If you have been receiving more and had better salary package, then you might be the same as ME - with added workload and responsibilities outside of my job description. Working as operations manager mean you work with your supervisors, check reports, update clients and conduct regular/emergency meetings - not ME. I also have to upgrade, and correct parameters fit for the campaign. I also need to do lead management, to ensure better customer engagement and more opportunity to convert. In some occasions, I have to tap audit department to make sure every sale is listed. There will be lesser time to manage and oversee my personnel, leading to possible quality of work issues.

Virtual Assistant

Most likely, compensation depends on the impact on what you do and job description, then the number of things you're doing. It gives you time to focus on what you are expected to do - and improve. There are a lot of tutorials, articles, and guides on the internet for a virtual assistant to succeed. The Internet is a teacher, learn from it.

Family/Work Balance

Office-based

Everybody will have two days off weekly to relax and get away from work, and I don't. Even during days off, my boss calls me asking for updates and how sales are going (which everything sent in email). Sometimes, I to pretend to be asleep in order to avoid calls about work. It's frustrating, really. You are working five days a week, rendering overtime, hitting deadlines, and can't even get days off from work. I can't also spend quality time with my son and wife.

Virtual Assistant

It's refreshing how I work at home. I get to see my son and wife bond. Sometimes, they get to me to hug and cuddle. I can use my breaks with my family together. We can take a vacation together without any phone calls. As long as I have my laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a cup of coffee, everything is perfect! Nothing compares to the time I spent with my family while working. It gives you the determination to work, an inspiration to keep going and happy.

Well, of course, we have different opinions in an office-based and full-time virtual assistant working at home. There might be more than I can add here, but so far, these are my top reasons why I quit my job, packed my stuff in the office and work at home.

TIP: Before making significant decisions in life, make sure to reassess and gauge what will be best for you. I have been thinking over and over in this decision, and I don't have any regrets.

Knowledge and Cultures:

This expression of 'knowledge management' is not particularly successful, especially because it is difficult to connect 'management' with 'knowledge'. However, when it became clear to organizations and technology infrastructure providers that the essence of knowledge management is the integration of culture, processes, and infrastructures. Once all these elements are combined, it becomes evident that this is a process rather than a one-time ad hoc activity. Major IT companies consider data management as knowledge management.

Review of Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets

By Habiba Rahman Chowa

In the second fantasy book, author J.K. Rowling once again hit the boundary. Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets is another outstanding creation of her. The writing of this book is even better that the previous one. There is no doubt about its popularity. The way Rowling opened another world in front of us is really praiseworthy.

In this book Harry starts his second year in the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with his best friends Ron and Hermione and his enemy Dracco. When the house elf Dobby warns him about the plot in the school Harry ignors him. To stop Harry from going back to school Dobby take several attempts but he has failed.

Meanwhile mysterious series of messages have been written on the school corridor wall saying, the chamber of secret has been re-opened and the hair of Slytherin will kill all the muggle-born. After the threat, several attacks have been going on to the muggle-born. But they have not been killed. They have been petrified.

Harry, Ron and Hermione learn about the chamber of secret from their ghost professor and they foind that the chamber is home of a monster. They want to know more about the chamber. So they make polyjuice potion to trick Dracco for information.

In the mean time Harry hears voices inside the school wall in the office of professor Lockhart. He find power of talking with snake which is the power of Slytherin. For this reason, some students think him the hair of slytherin.

Suddenly, Harry find a diary and identifies that, Hagrid opened the chamber of secret before and expelled from the school. And for the current attacks, he has been sent to Azkaban. When Hermione has been petrified, Harry and Ron find nothing to work with. But the find a note on Hermione's hand which leads them to the chamber of secrets and its monster- Basilisk snake. At last Harry find that Ginny, Ron's younger sister, does all of these by influence of Lord Voldemort through the diary. Harry kills the snake and stops Voldemort once again.

Once again J.K. Rowling welcome us in the magical world of Harry Potter by her wonderful ideas. This book has many twists than the first one. Though Rowling faced difficulty to finish the book, it was the best-selling book once again. From the 90's kids to the present kids, everybody loves this book for its mesmerizing story, easy writing and understandable plot. It will remain in the all time favorite book list of Harry Potter loving people.

The second book of this series is equally good as the first one. In here, Voldemort found a new way to return but failed again. Harry had identified some of his gifted ability which is similar to Slytherin. All those attacks in the school created fear among the students and staffs. But the ending is well. Harry, Ron and Hermione stopped all those evil plot against them.

Review of Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone

By Habiba Rahman Chowa

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is a fictional book. It is all about the magical world which we all dreamed of in our childhood. Author J.K. Rowling revealed this world in a dramatic way.

For the first attempt, this book is quite good book. In this book, the main character which is Harry Potter, find his magical ability all on a sudden. Before knowing his exceptional ability, the Dursley family treat him badly as they think he was a burden for them. And then one day Hagrid, the game keeper of Hogwatrs School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, comes and tell him about his past. Harry learns that the dark wizard Lord Voldemort killed his parents and wanted to kill him. But he failed and lost his power.

On the first day of school, the young wizard Harry has been sorted into Gryffindor house. There are four houses named, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. Slytherin is the house of dark magic and Voldemort was in this house. The sorting hat almost puts Harry into Slytherin but Harry's will power changes the scenario.

In the school, Harry makes two best friends, Ron and Hermione. The whole series contains their friendship. But this book told us about Ron's bravery, Hermione's talent and Harry's intelligence. How they have been taught together, how they help each other, how the fight against Voldemort are described so tremendously in this book.

Harry not only makes friends but also makes enemy which is Dracco Malfoy. Dracco is so jealous of Harry's fame and cruel to other students. The hostility between them is quite interesting to the readers. Another interesting thing of the book is Quidditch. Quidditch is wizard's game of two teams of seven players each mounted on broomsticks. Harry is the youngest seeker of Gryffindor team and the century just like his father.

Harry faces an attempted comeback of Lord Voldemort in this book. The sorcerer's stone is the precious element for returning Voldemort. Without it he could not come back and for this reason, the book is named as sorcerer's stone. Harry's defense against the dark arts teacher Professor Quirrell helps Voldemort in this regard. But once again he fails to kill Harry as Harry stops him.

We are invited by J.K. Rowling in her magical world in a very wonderful way. This book contains many day-to-day issues. All the funny things made us laugh and all those cruelty made us angry. At the end of the day, the friendship and bondage between Harry, Ron and Hermione- The Golden Trio, reminds us the importance of family and friends in our life.

This book is translated in several languages. It is one of the top best-selling books in US because of its plot twist. Author Rowling's imagination, humor, simple, direct style and clever plot construction is the main reason behind this success. this book has its name in the all time favorite book list. Even now, after 20 years of publishing the book, it is still famous among both young old generations.

This book is the first book of Harry Potter series. It is J.K. Rowling's awesome creation. The book is all about the magical world of Harry Potter. When young Harry Potter knew about his ability he was curious to go to Hogwarts. In the school, he made friends and enemies. His main enemy Lord Voldemort tried to return and kill him but failed. This book is a best selling book with clever plot twist. The direct and easy way of writing made this book a famous one.

Work-Life Balance

By Reshali Balasubramaniam

He is always impeccably dressed with a cheerful smile on his face. He is always on time and excels in every assigned task. He is charming and funny. And you are yet to see him lose his cool. Let's get to know his secrets for mastering the elusive work-life balance. If you also want to follow the footprints, embrace these amazing changes to strike a work-life balance with ease-

Set priorities

Maintaining a perfect work-life balance is not a one day task. It is all about figuring out what you want your priorities to be, not what you think they should be. The best way to find out them is to ask yourself "if you could focus only on one thing in life, what it would be?" The answer will become your top priority. Likewise define all your priorities depending upon their importance.

Monitor your time

Start tracking your time for some days. Find out how much time you spend on things that holds no importance to you? Or do not add up to your priorities? Wipe out all those unproductive activities from your life and focus on what matters to you.

Be fully present

Concentrate on one thing at a time and devote your full attention to the task at hand. If you are doing some work, put your heart and soul in it. When you are with friends and family, do not reach for your phone to check mails or meeting agenda.

Respect "me "time

Being loyal to your work is essential but taking your family for granted cannot work in long run. Whether it's a one hour break time or a complete shutdown on weekends, make sure you unplug regularly.

Zoom in on your personal habits and lifestyle

You can never achieve work-life balance if you do not incorporate good sleeping patterns, healthy diet and work-out time into your life. Badminton, reading whatever it is, try to pursue a hobby. You can never imagine how content you would feel after taking it up.

Ask for help

Don't feel inhibited to ask for help. Whether it's your boss, colleague or family member, everybody needs help at some point of time. Rely on the support network to make sure you are not only the one who is running into the ground to deliver tasks.

Let bygones be bygones

Always remember the quote "To err is human". We all make mistakes. The best way is to start living the present and then gain a beautiful future. Stop ruminating on the past and move on to achieve better things in life.

It is OK to say "No"

You don't have to acquiesce every request that comes your way. Saying no is a skill that will help you live a happy and    healthy life. If you have to do something putting your priorities at stake, do not take too much on your plate.

Evaluation is must

Though achieving work-life balance is a never ending process but it is crucial to keep a check on it. Set aside some time once in a month to ensure whether you are living a life you always wished for.

How Trump's Trade War Will Hurt You

By Mark Gustin

Trump followed through on one of his campaign promises by starting a trade war with our trading partners to help reduce our enormous trade deficits. The first shots fired in this war are tariffs on steel and aluminum imports in an attempt to help American steel and aluminum producers.

As with most wars, this one will have unintended consequences that will actually hurt the people it's intended to help and make the problem worse. Trump's presumed intention is to help the American economy by balancing the trade deficits, protect American companies and save American manufacturing jobs. In practice, a tariff on imports will make all three of these problems worse for these reasons:

American Manufacturers Will Be Less Competitive

If you want to make American manufacturers more competitive, then your aim should be to lower their costs of production. Since aluminum and steel are used as a raw material in the production of many manufactured goods, this tariff is crippling. Any company that uses aluminum or steel (cars, airplanes, appliances, construction) now has to pay more in order to produce their product. Many of these companies are hanging on by a thread trying to compete with lower cost areas of the world. Now their costs just went up even more and many will go out of business as a result.

American Steel and Aluminum Producers lose their American customers

While I am sure somewhere in Trump's brain he thinks he is helping American Steel and Aluminum producers, he is actually hurting them. Even though these producers will see higher prices for their products, they will suffer because THEIR customers - the manufacturers that use steel and aluminum - will go out of business. Obviously, not all of them will go out of business, but even the healthier companies will scale back their business due to lower sales. Why will their sales be lower? That brings us to the final point...

Consumers pay more and lose their jobs

Because the costs of production for these American manufacturing companies will increase, many will have no choice but to increase the price of their products. Consumers, especially American consumers, don't like higher prices. Most won't know why prices went up but they will speak with their wallets by purchasing fewer of these products. As a result, American manufacturers will experience lower sales.

What happens when a company's sales decline? Often, they lay some workers. If you're afraid that robotics and machines are replacing humans jobs, wait until you see how fast those jobs disappear in a struggling economy with declining revenue.

And that is the irony of this bone-headed Trump move: he thinks he is helping Americans "win" again, but he is actually giving them higher prices and a pink slip.

Restore the Volume and Shape of Your Lips Using Dermal Fillers

By Mags Whyler

One part of the face which attracts attention is the mouth area, most especially the lips. As we age, our skin becomes thinner and has less definition, and this can cause the lips to shrink, making you feel that your lips have lost their natural pout, and sometimes your lipstick begins to bleed into the lines on your lips.

All lip clinics specialise in both lip enhancement and lip augmentation. However, over recent years, overly plump, full lips have become very popular with certain people and there are many clients who might be wary of ending up with a pair of over inflated lips, commonly known as a trout pout, but if you do your research and choose the clinic where you have your treatment wisely, this can easily be avoided.

Lots of people aren't happy with their lips. They might feel they're unsymmetrical, or maybe they want fuller lips to enhance their appearance. Lip enhancement generally involves outlining and defining the lip border and lip augmentation involves making the body of the lips fuller. A complete lip filler process will involve using both of these processes, to expertly place the fillers in areas to balance out the lips and give natural looking results.

Lip filler treatments will give the following functions:

Restore lost volume and shape

Give more symmetry to the facial features

Boost confidence in regard to their appearance

Before any treatment you will need to talk to a cosmetic doctor. During your consultation you must make the doctor aware of your preferences and let them know the result you want to end up with after the treatment. You can always ask to see before and after photo's of the clinics earlier work on clients who have had lip enhancements.

Dermal fillers can enhance the overall volume of the lips and by inserting the fillers around the lip edge, will help to improve the contour and shaping of the lips. Clinics use hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers, which is a substance that's non animal based and is naturally found in the body.

Clinics attempt to make the procedure as painless as possible and they use fillers containing a local anaesthetic. A topical anaesthetic gets applied 20 minutes before the procedure, and this numbs your lips, making your treatment feel more comfortable. Hyaluronic acids are extremely safe and give natural results, along with longevity.

Lips can start out thin and barely noticeable, and change into a sensual fuller look after just one visit to a cosmetic clinic. Lip fillers can smooth out fine lines around the mouth, define the edges and enhance and balance your facial features, giving you a more youthful appearance.

The lips are one of the most treated facial areas using dermal fillers, generally due to their ability to give you a fuller pout and give you back the lip volume you had when you were younger. If you wish to add a significant plumpness and fresh glow to your lips, than this treatment might be the right one for you.

If you need help choosing a cosmetic procedure, we provide an extensive range of cosmetic procedures for the face and body: Botox, Vaser Lipo, Lip Augmentation, Dermal Fillers and many more treatments, to help create a younger, slimmer, more youthful looking you!
