Panduan SEO Lokal Untuk Tukang Ledeng
Situs web mobile-first
Peta dan Organik
Kata Kunci / Istilah Pencarian
Kutipan / Direktori Online
Tautan balik
SEVERUS: The Black Caesar
The first black man to set foot on British soil came not as a slave, but as the most powerful man in the ancient world.
Severus follows the amazing true story of a rebellious boy who grew up in an African province and became the Black Caesar of the Roman Empire, the head of a dynasty that would lead Rome through bloody civil wars and a changing world. Think Vikings meets The Tudors. There is old world magic and tradition clashing with new world expectations. Severus has political intrigue, romance and familial drama.
As a young man, Severus hates the Romans and conspires to humiliate them. What begins as a childish prank unfurls into a bloodbath that sends Severus careening into his future. Through a tragic love, dangerously close battles and threats both internal and external, Severus accrues power - and enemies - in his unlikely rise to become the most powerful man in the world.
Treachery from his advisors and his own wife gets closer every day and his son emerges as a ruthless and disturbed Emperor-in-waiting.
Even in its ancient setting, the show addresses timely questions of home, family and parenting, immigration and assimilation. What has one abandoned when he fights against something he used to believe in? Is it growth? Is it betrayal? Who gets to rule and what makes him a good leader? There is also the eternal, unanswered question: is history always doomed to repeat itself?
Major Characters
Septimius Severus- The Black Caesar. He grows from a boy who is prideful and naive to a man who understands the world. He is a man who tries to remain loyal to his principles, but often creates situations where he must make impossible choices. He is stubborn and often struggles to find his place in the Empire, but is also kind and reasonable. He is outspoken in what he believes, sometimes to his own detriment.
Julia Domna- A priestess who entraps Severus. She gives birth to both of his children and claims to love him, but works completely under her own auspices. She is alluring and mysterious, but also strong-willed and powerful.
Marcus Aurelius- An Emperor of reason who teaches Severus what he knows. He believes deeply that the wise should rule the foolish and imparts that on Severus before his death.
Commodus- The despotic son of Marcus Aurelius. He embraces the power he believes is his birthright and possesses psychotic, cruel tendencies.
Caracalla- The older son of Severus and Julia. Called Lucius as a child, he changes his name and aims to distance himself from his father, whom he says is not his real father. Much like Commodus, he has a dark and brutal nature.

Home Design Trends For 2019: Revolution Green
To save our environment, we need something extraordinary to support greener environment specially in the construction sector.
Roof-mounted solar panels and wind turbines are the new must have for the environmentally conscious. However, according to the Royal Academy of Engineering., this elitist fad contributes only a miniscule amount towards meeting Britain’s carbon reduction goals. However, wind turbines are popping up everywhere on urban homes and offices as a way for people to boast about their ‘green’ ways and eco-conscious contributions.
Even though these technologies are peddled as not only environmentally friendly, but cost effective as well, builders will waste thousands, if not millions, of pounds mounting these supposed efficient machines unless the Government will revise its building regulations on homes and offices.
Doug King, an Engineering professor at the University of Bath, says that wind turbines on city homes actually use more energy than they produce, more often than not, rendering them energy guzzlers rather than the green machines they portray themselves to be.
Field trials completed last year by a government-funded Energy Saving Trust confirmed this. The trials showed that even the most fruitful building-mounted wind turbines in cities and suburban areas created only £26 of electricity per year. A vast amount of the machines were actually consumers of electricity because these machines need to draw power from the grid during times of low wind. With this in mind, how could this new technology possibly be considered environmentally friendly?
Professor King proposes that the British government’s goal of having new homes carbon-neutral by 2016 should be reduced in favor of builders and developers making charitable donations to wind farms and other renewable energy projects. “Wind turbines and solar cells on the roof achieve little or nothing and are what I describe as eco-bling. It’s just about trying to say to the general public, ‘I’m being good, I’m helping the environment’. The things that save the money are not done, because they are not sexy.” King is the writer of a detailed informative report on low carbon buildings, and says that these dwellings could be made more energy efficient simply by installing high quality insulation and employing methods of trapping rays of sunlight.
King also explains that offices would need to be completely redesigned to reduce energy use and muddle through expected power cuts caused by the aging power stations the Government has failed to replace. He accuses the Government of failing to live by their own rules and recommendations.
The fact of the matter is, in order to have the energy efficient effects they intended, wind turbines on urban homes would have to be so big that their vibration would cause damage the dwelling on which they are installed. Professor King said that placing micro generation devices on your home would only cut back emissions by a miniscule amount and could cost over £10,000. His proposal is a substitute policy under which builders and developers would counterbalance the entire emissions of new homes by instead making contributions of £3,000 per household towards wind farms. Then we could truly be on the path to a more ‘green’ lifestyle. It is considered among the best building solution for greener environment.
Best Gifts Ideas to Appreciate and Thank your Teachers!

Let us remember- one book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world!
Remember we all had that one favorite teacher in the school? And then some teachers treated you as their favorite student, and how can we miss forget that mini crush on that one teacher. Now don’t shy out, I know we all did.
No matter how badly you hated some of your teachers, but you cannot deny that their efforts really helped to shape your future. Don’t you think that they deserve your respect and you should pay them tribute by celebrating the one day dedicated to appreciating their efforts? Yes, I’m talking about teachers day. Be honest, after finishing school, how many of you have actually connected with your teachers, let alone celebrating teachers day?
We all know that teachers day is celebrated to honor Dr. S. Radhakrishnan as a humble teacher. But as of now, it is not practically possible to honor him directly, so celebrate it with teachers who actually enlightened your life. I’m not asking you to get an online cake delivery and start the celebration in the middle of the night. You can keep the celebration simple and low key; a simple gift will also do.
Well finding gifts suitable for your teacher can be tricky, as you wouldn’t want to invade her personal zone but wouldn’t want to gift something useless as well. Since its teacher’s appreciation day, your teachers would be receiving a gallon bag full of gifts, which she will end up disposing of eventually. Sure she loves all the gifts she recieved, but let us be practical, how many photo frames is she going to put up on her shelf and would instead prefer a Gucci bag over that collection of mugs (unless she wants to put up a mug exhibition). It is not that complicated; let me give you some gift ideas to thank your mentor or guide for their efforts.
Teacher supplies
Let us start by gifting him or her supplies that a teacher requires for a lifetime. Supplies like markers, magnets, or fancy notepads which they can use over and over again. What can be a more practical gift for a teacher than this?. Teachers have a thing for stationery, and there are so many gorgeous options for notepads available out there that you will end up buying for yourself too. Well, this works well if you are still in school, or you can suggest your younger siblings to do the same.
Cake jar
Well, I know it is difficult to figure out whether your teacher is fond of sugar or not. But let us just assume that they do, because who doesn’t, right?. So, a fresh cake makes for a tasty option. If you are up for a DIY, then you can take a mason jar, fill it with ingredients like shortcake, strawberries and whipped cream. Now decorate the jar with ribbons and quotes from outside. Decoration need not be kiddish and if you are thinking to gift it to your art teacher, but you kind of skipped your lessons when it comes to creativity, then go for a readymade version.
Flower bouquets
You can consider it a universal truth that when in doubt, opt for a flower bouquet. I know you must be wondering that flowers too are going to decay and they are same as gifting mugs or photo frames. But hey! It’s flowers we are talking about. You cannot simply ignore the fact that flowers have the power to say thank you. Try and opt for flowers with long stems like orchids and lilies as they look decent. Actually, it is the option if you feel awkward to meet your teacher after so long, you can send flower bouquets to their doorstep.
Appreciation card
This gift is perfect for your toddlers as well as fifth graders. They get a report card every time for their performance, and now it’s their time to grade their teachers. It is just a twisted version, instead of a report card, your kid has to prepare a handwritten appreciation card. Make your kid express his or her feelings, like why do they idolize a particular teacher. After all, appreciation always comes from the heart.
It’s all about showing gratitude to your teachers, so whatever you gift, gift it with regards and love in your heart. I don’t want to give you nostalgia or anything, but dude, they really helped you get smarter, at least you can brighten their one day.
Co-Parenting Guide For Divorcing Couples To Raise Resilient Kids
Read the informative article about Co-Parenting Guide For Divorcing Couples To Raise Resilient Kids. the co-parenting fathers have the kids with them more and therefore play a bigger role in the different aspects of parenting such as clothes shopping, homework, and extracurricular activities.
Most people wonder how exactly to co-parent after divorce. Typically, the co-parenting fathers have the kids with them more and therefore play a bigger role in the different aspects of parenting such as clothes shopping, homework, and extracurricular activities. As for the mothers, most of them today are employed full time just like fathers.
Therefore, the simple logistics of two-career couples is co-parenting. It can be too exhausting to cope with a full-time job as well as bear all the duties of raising the kids. Therefore, it is a common trend noticed that now that more and more divorcing couples are more inclined to co-parenting. This is more out of sheer necessity and their need to survive.
Making it successful
However, co-parenting may be desirable under the given circumstances but that does not mean it will be always successful. If you want to make it successful you will need to follow the Guide For Divorcing Couples opting for co-parenting.
·To start with, for co-parenting to working couples it is required that they proceed through the divorce procedure without any destructive adversarial struggle that is often characterized for most of the conventional divorce.
·If you want to make co-parenting successful, you will need to make the full sense of the ‘co’ in the term co-parenting which signifies cooperation, right from the very beginning.
Any couple who conduct an adversarial divorce and later on try to get equal parenting rights will often find them doing parallel parenting instead of co-parenting. It is, for this reason, it is recommended that you see a shared as well as a cooperative parenting arrangement. You must seek mediation from the Port Saint Lucie Divorce Lawyer rather than opt for a conventional adversarial divorce.
The keys to success
There are ideally six keys to make co-parenting work just as the way you desire. These are:
·Residential Proximity: Parents that live close to each other typically results in the most successful co-parenting. Though you can also make it happen by staying far apart you will hardly be able to make it successful as you would in the other way. This is because the co-parenting relationship usually suffers most due to that fact that the activities and friends of the kids usually center on one single neighborhood. That means if you drive them back and forth too often it will be taxing not only for your kids but also for everyone associated. Therefore, it is essential that you stay within the social orbit of your kids if you want to co-parent to work your way.
·Economic Parity: If there is a notable economic disparity between the two homes then it will almost always cause problems. The idea of a rich house and a poor house is communicated quickly among the children. This results in inevitable resentment. As a result, co-parenting is actually a more expensive option because it needs both the homes to be complete and equal in all respects. It is for this reason child support guidelines are considered as a poor standard for co-parenting. The best way to make co-parenting work is to determine the support levels more pragmatically and after careful reviewing of budgets so that both the parents are adequately funded and able.
·Intelligent scheduling: Ideally, parenting schedules must be so designed that it meets the needs of both family members. Parents will ideally need time to spend with their children as well as away from them to build new social lives or to rest. On the other hand, children need time with both the parents and also need reasonable stability. Therefore, schedules should be intelligent so that all these varied needs are met. A good schedule will minimize the number of back and forth for the children and at the same time provide a lot of time with each parent. When there is a conflict, schedules should be reviewed and changed amicably. However, all schedules should be followed as a general principle.
·Acceptance: Co-parenting is all about acceptance. It can be of different styles or even the new mates of each other. It is quite natural that two parents will not have exactly the same style for parenting because every person has legitimate differences regarding bedtimes, TV, food, discipline and even risk tolerance. Accepting these is the fundamental of cooperative parenting and resisting the temptation to criticize the parenting of the other parent. This will cause serious harm to the child, emotionally. Children always want their parents to be at peace at least, if they cannot live together.
To sum up
Conflicts are bound to happen and that is natural. However, it is unnatural not to resolve such conflicts effectively. It will harm the kids in the short as well as in the long run. Therefore, whether it is new jobs or new residences, new mates or new schedules, accept the changes and resolve the conflicts for successful co-parenting.

Things to Consider While Selecting Juice Bar in Houston
More and more people are shifting to an active lifestyle in their lives, and healthy diet plays a key role in maintaining the body in a good shape. Having an acai bowl or drinking a smoothie or juice before going to the office at a juice bar in Houston seems to be the best way to ensure a healthy intake of fruits and vegetables. But it can be beneficial only if these items are made of fresh and highest quality fruits. Therefore, it becomes important that you will find a quality juice bar.
Well, finding a quality juice bar in Houston can get challenging considering the options available in the market, and more importantly, it is not only about the taste; you have to consider the quality as well.
We have listed down the few things you need to consider while finalizing your go-to juice bar.
Processing Method
Well, if you are going to a juice bar for a healthy juice, it must be extracted using a method that preserves maximum nutrients and vitamins of fruits. The cold-pressed method is used for squeezing the juice out of fruits keeping its most of nutritional and vitamin content. Ask your juice bar about the extraction process. If they are using a method that involves heat treatment or other processes such as a centrifugal or single auger, look for some other juice bar because these processes make juice lose all its vitamins.
Fresh Ingredients
If you really want to address your daily needs of nutrition and vitamins with the help of juice, then you must drink juice made of fresh fruits. Packed juice is a blunder. It will just give you the sense of drinking juice, but actually, your body gets nothing. Make sure your juice bar uses fresh and high-quality ingredients. A typical fresh juice extracted using a cold-pressed method has a shelf life of 4-5 days. However, it can be increased to 30-40 days using pasteurization. If you are looking for unpasteurized juice, make sure that your juice is not more than 2-3 days old.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
It is one of the most important things you need to consider. And, a health-oriented juice bar in Houston would never mind answering your questions on hygiene and cleanliness. There is tough competition in the market, and no juice bar would want to lose customers just because of a lack of customer satisfaction. Check the hygiene and cleanliness of juice bar. You can also request your juice bar to show copies of the license. A valid license ensures your juice bar has passed the inspection tests and adhering to the safety standards.
Reputation
When it comes to juice bars or restaurants, reputation plays a big role. There is no way to hide if something is not good about the juice bar. Customers will let the whole world know through online reviews, ratings on local directories, and word of mouth marketing how good juice bar is. So, have a look at the reputation of the juice bar before making your final decision.
So these are the four things you need to consider while looking for a quality juice bar in Houston.

The Significance of Grease Trap Cleaning

Restaurants and commercial kitchens need to use grease traps to keep the drains in their establishment unclogged. But it is also important to keep the grease traps clean for them to function properly. There are commercial companies available to perform the task of keeping the grease traps clean at reasonable costs.
Here’s why grease trap cleaning is important.
Mandatory by Law
In many cities and states, grease trap cleaning is mandatory by law. For instance, if you have a restaurant in Houston; you will need to go for mandatory grease trap cleaning. Not maintaining clean grease traps can lead to penalties. A severe violation of this law can also lead to business license suspension. Such laws are in place to keep the municipal sewer lines running properly.
Government officials perform regular inspections to check if grease trap cleaning is undertaken by a commercial food establishment or not. Don’t be surprised if these inspections also happen unannounced. It is best to opt for regular grease trap cleaning to avoid the penalties.
To Prevent Drain Clogs
Not cleaning grease traps can clog the drains in your restaurant or commercial kitchen. Clogged drains can really impede the work in commercial food establishments. It can delay service and cause harm to your business’s reputation. All this will ultimately result in loss of business.
Once the drains are clogged really badly; it is tough to get them to work properly without extensive cleaning work. Even if you employ temporary measures to unclog the drain; it won’t be enough in the long run. Ultimately, the drains require proper cleaning to clear the wastewater properly to the sewers
To Prevent Expensive Cleaning
Delays in grease trap cleaning can make the task really tough once you get around to it. Solid waste on the traps can harden over time. It can make the task of cleaning the traps really tough and thus expensive. You will need to ultimately get the grease traps clean. So, why not get the task done on time and prevent such hassles of added costs?
To Contain Foul Smells
Trapped grease and other solid waste can decompose over time and cause it to smell really bad. The foul smell can spread over your entire restaurant and cause problems to the customers eating their food in your establishment. It can also cause your staff to feel uncomfortable while working. Ultimately, the smell will get to you as well. You cannot ignore the problem forever.
You can keep both your staff and customers happy by keeping the restaurant safe from rotting smell emanating from the unclean grease traps.
To Protect the Grease Trap
Rotting waste on the grease traps can produce sulfuric acid over time. The acid can damage grease trap components such as the tank and other parts. Replacing the tank can be expensive. Even the traps can get damaged from the acid and you might need to replace the entire grease trap. You can avoid such unnecessary expenses by scheduling regular grease trap cleaning services.
Be Here Now - 5 Steps to Stay With Yourself Through Thick and Thin
I just got back from a beautiful week at the Omega Institute, assisting Dawson Church with the EFT Practitioner Training program. Throughout the week, we helped participants transform limiting feelings and beliefs with both EFT Tapping and meditation. It was a transformative, and in many ways miraculous, week for us all.
What became so clear to me (once again), is the importance of accepting all feelings, no matter how uncomfortable. It's in the acceptance of these feelings, that we are able to transform our experience.
In this world of ours, so often it's the striving that takes front seat. How, for example, will we succeed if we don't strive for more? And more? And more? And so often, once we get 'more', we don't feel the success we imagined.
The problem with striving is that we're frequently propelled by a feeling that we're not enough, or complete, without whatever it is we're striving for. You know the refrain: I'll be happy when___________.
The underlying feeling of inadequacy will follow us, until we find a way to stay with it long enough to transform it.
To stay with yourself, to be here now, means to be present with whatever is going on. Not off in the future, hoping for something better. Not back in the past, wishing things were different. Here now, whether it's comfortable, or not.
It's when we avoid the now-moment that we lose power. That we abandon ourselves. Unfortunately, by avoiding our feelings with substances and experiences, we will never feel better about ourselves.
True transformation happens when we accept ourselves exactly as we are, exactly where we are, right now.
Easy to say, and usually, not so easy to do. Yet, it gets easier once you begin to realize how truly powerful you are.
Next time you find yourself avoiding, whether it's with food, internet, tv, shopping, alcohol, or any other type of escape, ask yourself what you're avoiding. Be gentle with yourself. Pause and notice what you're feeling. If you can, stay with yourself.
Stay with yourself, through thick and thin. Stay at the time when you need yourself the most. Stay to reveal the truth of who you are.
Ideas to help you stay:
Sit, close your eyes, and notice what you feel. Don't push anything away. Just sit. Don't worry if you don't feel peaceful or enlightened. Just sit and notice. Stay with any discomfort.
Breathe deeply, from your belly, and notice the flow of your breath. Notice the beat of your heart. Notice this power within you. Know that this power is always with you.
Send love and compassion to any discomfort you feel. Any and all discomfort is worthy of your love and compassion. If you can't summon feelings of love and compassion, that's okay too. Stay with what you are feeling. Notice any insights that arise.
Use EFT Tapping to tap on your feelings. Accept them, and if they're ready, allow them to release.
Connect with your higher consciousness. Use meditation to tune into your higher consciousness. Ask it to help you during challenging times. This added assistance will help you tune into solutions, and relief, you didn't see before.
For most of us, it's not possible to stay present at all times. Escapes can be pleasurable and sometimes necessary. And, we can choose to stay present with any escape. However, when escapes turn into chronic avoidance, we will always experience more pain. We can't maintain the bliss of the escape, so we fall into a funk, or look for new ways to escape.
The key to all of this is to stay. Stay with the discomfort, with love and acceptance, so that it can begin to transform. By being here now, we find the true bliss of a clear mind and soul, as we open to the gifts of the universe.
Peace,
Marian

Being Safe and Responsible On The Road
Fasten your seatbelt! The passengers inside a moving vehicle are traveling the same speed as the speedometer indicates. When a vehicle hits a solid object the people inside keep moving until something stops them. If you are not wearing your seatbelt, you will be either thrown out of the vehicle, or the steering wheel, windshield, dashboard, other objects or another person might be what stops you. This "human collision" often causes serious injury.
Everyone is responsible for avoiding collisions. Even if someone else does something wrong, you may be found responsible for a collision if you could have done something to avoid it.
Be courteous while driving. It means giving other drivers space to change lanes, not cutting them off and signaling your turns lane changes properly.
Drive defensively. It means being able to see dangerous situations before they happen and to respond quickly and effectively to prevent them.
Turn on headlights one-half hour before sunset and keep them on until one-half hour after sunrise. Don't drive with only one headlight or with lights that not aimed properly.
Use signals to tell other drivers what you want to do. Give the correct signal well before the action and make sure other drivers can see it.
Keep to the right of the road unless you want to turn left or pass another vehicle. Get into the habit of driving in the right lane, leaving the other lanes clear for passing. Left lane is the passing lane in all multilane roads.
Obey speed limits. Where there are no posted speed limits, the maximum speed in 50 km/h in cities, towns, villages and built-up areas.
Yield. At an intersection without stop signs or lights, you must yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from the right. At an intersection with stop signs at all corners, if two vehicles stop at the same time, the vehicle on the left must yield to the vehicle on the right.
Stop for school buses. No matter what direction you are traveling in, you must stop whenever you approach a stopped school bus with its upper alternating red lights flashing, unless you are on a road with a median. (A median is a raised, lowered or earth strip dividing a road where vehicles travel in both directions.) You must obey the school bus law on any road, no matter how many lanes or what the speed limit. Be prepared to stop for a school bus at any time, not just within school hours. If you don't stop for a school bus, you can be fined $200 to $1,000 and get six demerit points for a first offence.
Shoulder check while parking. If you are reversing straight back or to any direction, turn you body and head to the direction and look back over your shoulder. If you need to remove your seat belt to turn your body to see properly when reversing, do so. But don't forget to buckle up again before moving forward.
Upon entering a freeway, always use the acceleration lane to raise the speed to the common speed of traffic on the freeway before merging with traffic. Be careful not to cut off any vehicle when joining the flow of traffic. It is dangerous and illegal for a slower moving vehicle to cut in front of a faster moving vehicle.
If you must use a cellular phone when driving, use a hands-free microphone. Make it a habit to use your cellular phone only when you are parked, or have a passenger use the phone.

Getting and Maintaining a Healthy Brain
We all know that it is important to take good care of our body and our brain. In fact, taking care of one just about automatically ensures good care of the other. Eat well, the body is in shape and so the brain can operate at high speed; exercise for fitness and to get good blood flow and the brain absorbs a wealth of oxygenation and revitalization. Some ideas to help you:
Mental flex - keep your hands busy as well as your mind - knit, crochet, paint, color...
Call a friend or family member today and share a happy story with him or her. Invite this person to share with you - happiness is contagious!
Tell the world why brain health is important to you and to all of the people you love.
Encourage friends to become involved with bebrainpowerful.org
Enjoy a home-cooked meal where you have control of the ingredients, the cooking methods, and the portions.
Get your body in the game. Do not be sedentary but rather be up and moving. It's good for the body and good for the brain.
Complete 3 yoga poses morning and evening and add 3 focused breathing sessions, too - in through the nose and out through the mouth for 1 minute.
If we're being honest, going to the doctor can be more than a little intimidating, especially when we're asked about our family medical history. But just because it's scary doesn't mean we should run from it and hide. Fully knowing and understanding your family medical history - to the best of your abilities - will impact not only your health, but the health of most of your family members. You might know your family tree, but now it's time to learn your family medical history. Schedule time to sit down with your relatives to learn more about the health risks you might face. Write down what you learn and keep a file for your records.
Let other family members know what you find out -do you need more active minutes in each day? Do you need to cut down on certain food ingredients such as fat and sugar? Do you need to spend more time out-of-doors enjoying fresh air and sunshine? Is it time for you to add some hobbies to your life such as learning to paint, beginning to speak another language, teaching a class focused on a special talent (or two) that you possess? Taking a class on relaxation and rejuvenation? Spending more time that is devoted just to you and your well being?
A multitude of possibilities exist - seize them and have fun.
Restore Lost Volume To Ageing Lips Using Dermal Fillers
There are some people who think that facial fine lines and wrinkles are a sign of character, but others just want to reverse time and regain the fresh, youthful looks of their younger days. The face is most susceptible to the unwanted effects of ageing, with wrinkles, fine lines and lost volume taking its toll. Dermal fillers are an amazing weapon to fight the ageing process, with fillers adding volume to the skin, smoothing away unwanted facial lines, creases and wrinkles and helping the skin to regain its youthful look.
Dermal fillers can do much more than smooth out wrinkles, they can also help to:
Reduce the smile and laugh lines around the mouth
Restore and enhance volume to sunken cheeks or the temples
Reduce vertical lip lines
Minimise dark circles under the eye
Smooth out a chin crease
Plump up and add a natural fullness to the lips
Improve facial symmetry
Restore lost volume in the hands, making them look younger
Nasolabial folds are the creases running down from the side of the nose to the corners of the mouth. Dermal fillers are an ideal treatment to reduce these lines and grooves on the face, they're a versatile product, and they are safe, effective and long-lasting. Smile lines usually begin as faint lines that can eventually turn into deeper creases over time. Dermal fillers fill in the lines and creases, plumping up the skin to give you a more youthful appearance. They add volume, rehydrate and fill in folds and wrinkles by replacing hyaluronic acid and stimulating collagen production.
Smile lines are a particular problem for some people, and unfortunately they are sometimes genetic and run in the family. Creases that stay on the face even after we've stopped smiling are more likely to become prominent, especially in slender and older people. The severe nose to mouth lines create deep creases or folds which are very noticeable, but softening or reducing them with dermal fillers can smooth the face, making it look rejuvenated while still keeping it looking natural, allowing the facial features to shine through.
Dermal filler treatment for correcting smile lines normally takes around twenty to thirty minutes and a local anaesthetic injection will minimise any discomfort during the treatment. There's no downtime and you can immediately go back to work or resume your normal activities. The results are visible straight away, with further improvements becoming noticeable in the following week. Dermal filler injections last for around nine to twelve months, and over time the filler is naturally absorbed back into the body.
