Will Canada Become a Software Development Hub?

By Aman Malhotra

A stable economy, low-cost living and exceptional quality of life, all these tell the success story of Canada. This country is considered the best and future-ready country due to certain reasons. According to a Forbes report, Canada topped the list for being the best place for businesses. Canada got top position on the basis of 11 factors including technology and innovation, taxes, share market performance and several others.

All these reasons make this country an ideal place for software development companies. Let's look at these reasons a bit more to know why Canada can become a hub for IT companies in coming years.

Economic Stability Will Help Companies in the Future: At present, the economy of Canada is actually overachieving. Every sector including Information Technology is contributing to the steady growth of this country. Presently, Canada is on the top of the list to start a business for many people. The reason is simple. Every business wants to flourish in an economy which is stable and growing. And Canadian economy has both elements. In last few years, many small and medium-sized software development companies in Canada have been able to expand their business overseas, thanks largely to the stable environment at home. Some of them have a fabulous revenue growth rate and annual turnover. The decreasing unemployment rate also hints at the steadiness of Canada's economy. As per the predictions of experts, this growth will continue in coming years.

Education Will Have Direct Impact on Software Development: A survey was conducted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OCED) in 2014, where all 35 member countries including Canada participated. According to this survey, Canada ranked number one for having the best education rate among all the members. This is not the only time when Canada impressed everyone with its education rate. In 2015, the World Economic Forum displayed a report where Canada ranked 18th in the whole world for having the best education rate. Education has a direct impact on industries in the coming years. Be it software development or software testing services in Canada, good education ensures the presence of people who know how to set up a business that can last long and contribute to the country's economy. Businesses that are planning to establish themselves in this budding software development hub can count on its economy and education and become a part of such a booming economy.

Flexible Immigration Policies Will Help Businesses to Expand Their Reach: Immigration policies here are quite flexible as compared to the United States and other countries. This is another great reason why several big companies will move to Canada to expand their business in the future. In fact, a term is popular for such people - business immigrant. The Government of Canada selects a business person as a business immigrant on the basis of his/her abilities so that they can establish themselves and support the economy for overall growth. The Canadian Government has two types of business immigrant programs - start-up visa program and self-employed. Both the programs have a few requirements that a business needs to fulfil to enter Canada. These programs present a golden opportunity for software development companies of neighbouring countries to expand their reach to Canada.

. Government Policies Help a Business to Start on a Successful Note: Monetary support is the most important thing for a new business. The best thing about Canada is that here the government runs several programs to support new businesses. The Canadian Government provides financial help to companies and entrepreneurs to start their business. Some financial help is targeted to a specific demographic group and industry sector, and some programs are available for every sector. The government understands the emerging needs of technology, and therefore have different financial programs for software development companies as well. The financial support offers by the government include grants and contributions, loans and guarantees.

Software development companies in Canada are now building some of the best machine learning solutions in the world. This post looks at the benefits of machine learning for businesses and how firms offering intelligent software development services in Canada can help you leap-frog over the competition. How to Market Your Nonprofit on a Shoestring Budget

By Wayne Elsey

If you work or are associated with the nonprofit sector, then you know the vast majority of organizations in the U.S. are small. They operate with limited resources and a small financial margin. A challenge for many of these groups is marketing.

We all know that advertising and marketing are essential to helping spread awareness about your vital mission and work in the community. But, one of the critical questions is how to market your nonprofit with limited funds effectively. There's always a way to market your organization. The only difference is that when you're on a limited budget, you have to be a little creative.

Speak Publicly

I understand that a sizable majority of people do not like to do any public speaking. However, obtaining training and being creative about your public speaking will help you to get the word out about your organization personally. Additionally, the more you speak in public, the easier it will become. The reality is that people want to hear about what you're doing and opportunities for public speaking about your work through your local chamber of commerce, video conferences or through the media will help people understand the need and the issues related to your mission.

Email Marketing

There has been a lot of discussion about the end of emails, as there has also been talk about the end of direct mail. They both still work. We use email marketing every month, and our approach is to use a two-email method. We send out an initial email, which has been designed so that it is visually appealing. About a week later, we send a follow-up email to anyone who opened the first email. We have a solid open rate, and we've been able to convert prospects into partners with that approach consistently.

Partnerships

A great way to expand beyond your current base of supporters is to reach out to organizations or businesses that are aligned with your work and discuss strategic opportunities. Let's say you have an animal rescue organization. Perhaps you can reach out to local animal supply stores in the area and see about maybe creating an event together or asking them to send emails about the animals in your rescue shelter on your behalf. It's a win/win situation because it provides a broader audience for your organization, but it also helps the store appear as a good corporate citizen.

LinkedIn

Everyone knows about the use of social media, but one of the best social networking platforms is LinkedIn, and it's typically not viewed as a way to engage with new people. By getting into conversations about topics that are meaningful to your work and also LinkedIn group members, you can become viewed as an expert in the field. For instance, if you work at a school or educational organization, you can join a couple of LinkedIn groups and discuss educational policy or issues. It will increase the visibility of your organization and at some point may even provide new opportunities because people see that you're active, a leader and informed.

Search Engine Optimization

We all operate in the digital era and when people are looking to become informed about something they first go to the internet, whether it's on their mobile, tablet or desktop. You have to invest in becoming the organization that when someone does a search related to your work, your group appears on the first page and, ideally, as the first result in the search. If you don't have the expertise internally, ask your board or see about finding a well-respected expert in SEO to help build your keywords and search engine result placement (SERP). My team and I have focused extensively on SEO and it has paid dividends.

Website

I know that this one may seem like a no-brainer, but you would be surprised at how many groups don't have websites that are effective. To ensure that your website is doing what it's supposed to be doing when the public visits it, make sure that your site is fast. Your site has to load quickly, as in 3 seconds. You also have to have a website that is less on written content and more on video and images, clearly states what it is that you do, has your social media links, address and contact information and provides the public value-add information, such as a blog.

Event or Class

You want to have as many people get involved with you as possible, and one of the best ways to do it is not to ask people for donations from the beginning. If you do, you might get a quick donation, but because there is no relationship, you likely won't get ongoing gifts. Therefore, something you might want to consider is providing an open house or event in your community so people get to know who you are and the work you do. You can have guest speakers, perhaps people who have been served by your work and a chance for people to learn something related to your mission. If, for example, your group works in healthcare, perhaps creating an event where the community has the opportunity to learn about a healthy diet or CPR will persuade people to attend. The idea is to give people a reason to want to get to your event and see what you're about in your community.

One of the most critical aspects of marketing is remembering that you want to place yourself in the shoes of the public. You want to think about what your donors and supporters desire to see when they engage with your organization. When you keep the public, donors and supporters top of mind in all of your marketing efforts, even the low-cost ones, you will see how a small investment of time and effort will pay off, if it is done consistently and executed well with them in mind.

Need a Change of Air? Become an Arborist

By Ben McInerney

The rat race! A majority of people feel they are in it, and they think there is no escape.

What's worse is they hate their day job.

85% of people hate their job according to a Gallop poll taken in 2017, but they either don't know what else to do or they are simply too scared to make a move.

Let's get real. You really do only do live once. If you're lucky you will make it to 80 years of age. That's 80 summers, 80 winters, 80 autumns and just 80 springs. When you think about it like that, life all of a sudden, seems a lot shorter!

So why do we waste our time working a job we hate?

If you're a fan of the outdoors, and don't shy away from a little physical labour, then maybe becoming an arborist could be the dream job you are looking for.

If you are after something that is outdoors, keeps you fit and your up for a bit of an adventure, then you really could be missing your calling.

Firstly, what is an arborist?

The word arbor or arborist comes from the word arboriculture, which is the study of trees, shrubs and other perennial plants. Becoming an arborist is a trade so you will need a minimum of Certificate II in Arboriculture to get you started.

Types of Arbor Jobs

The climber

Just as it sounds, pruning and removing trees in confined spaces (in suburbia) requires an arborist to scale the tree using a harness and ropes. If you are finding it hard to picture, think of rock climbing, but just replace the cliff with a tree.

Once up the tree, they work with the crew on the ground (groundsmen) to tie-off branches 1 by 1, cut with a chainsaw and then lower them to the ground.

This job is for the fitness freak (or those of you who want to be fitter and much stronger). There are no two ways about it... its hard work. You can't be scared of heights and thinking on your feet is a given. Well thinking while swinging from branch 30 foot above the ground to be more accurate.

This truly is a rewarding part of the job, the views the smells, the feeling of being at one with nature... It really is life changing.

The Groundsmen

Also known as 'groundies', groundsmen are there to assist in the    removal of trees. Although being a climber can be physically challenging, it's fair to say the groundies to a bulk of the heavy labour. Dragging branches, on the chainsaw all day. It can be hard work.

Like any job, your work mates make the job fun, and with the right crew on the ground the jobs a blast. And as far as hard labour goes, the rule of thumb is, the bigger the company, the less labour there is.

That's because bigger companies go for productivity and tend to splash out on machinery to make the work easier and plough through the work faster.

Get in with a crew that has a bobcat and a crane and the works a breeze.

The consulting arborist

This is the 'professional arborist'. Their sole purpose is the advise home owners and council the best course of action when dealing with trees.

Just say a home owner wants a tree to be removed and because they are building a new pool. An arborist is needed to write a report about the health, vitality, vigour and amenity value of said tree and advise council on whether to give permission to remove or not.

This job is by no means labour intensive, but these days you need to have a diploma in arboriculture to do it. There a lot more study involved then if you wanted to climb or ground.

Qualifications

You will need to complete a minimum Certificate II in Arboriculture. This will be 1 day per week for a year at TAFE. You can also get on the job experience and get assessed by private organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture or ISA.

So if you are looking for a change of air, love working outdoors and you really do want to see the forest for the trees, arboriculture is well worth a second thought as a career change.

4 Hot Dressy Color Matches You Can Make for Your European Style Charm Bracelets

By Clare Hery

You will dazzle us with that hot European Style Charm Bracelet that you've just bought online. Definitely. It shingles. Its faceted sides sparkling hot in shades of emerald green, diamond blue, ruby crimson red, and an icy yellow-orange.

The bracelet looks amazing. Now, you wonder... how do I match this to my dresses? What color combinations work?

Will you look hot in an irregular vintage double layer Chiffon Pleat Maxi Long skirt, and your white short sleeved-blouse? Since your skirt is sparkling emerald-green. And your neatly manicured feet, are in a pair of golden strap-on sandals. Would a cool yellow-orange European Style Charm Bracelet have a perfect color fit?

How should you match your dress and charm bracelet colors for a most impressive hit?

Do not stress much about it... we can use the much acclaimed and ubiquitous color chart for your fashion savvy hot-chic matching.

If we match just 4 color and dress combinations together, you will definitely get the flow and be comfortable matching the visual spectrum of a thousand colors, to your European Style Charm Bracelets.

Let's start by identifying 4 hottest fashion-guru favorite color matches.

Complimentary Colors.

Split-Complimentary Colors.

Analogous Colors.

Triad Colors.
Now, let's use these hot color matches to your dress and charm bracelet combinations.

Complimentary Color Matching.

Girl, your fashion aunty would firmly say this... opposite colors are a deep attraction. They will give you an amazing striking effect. By this I mean-:

green and red,

yellow and blue,

black and white.

green and white.

You would really mesmerize in a green bubble skirt, white blouse and some ruby-red European Style Charm Bracelet. It will give you a hot puffed up silhouette, with the gathered-in hem style.

See how I have deepened the color contrast by playing on complete opposite ends of the color catch. That's unarguably dazzling, girl.

However, do not get carried away, try to use small accents of the complimentary colors. This way you can look super-hot without getting over the edge and starting to resemble a Christmas tree. Give it just the right dab.

Now you can clearly see that the option we mentioned earlier, of an emerald green dress and a yellow-orange charm bracelet, does not really stand out because the colors are not so contrasting.

Split-Complimentary Colors.

Here girl, you take one key contrasting color and mix it with just the right complimentary mix of several opposite colors. This mostly works with the faceted glass or Murano beads of your exquisite European Style Charm Bracelet. The facetting acts like a match with your slight shimmer of the color splits.

Let's try these colors-:

Green - works with red-violet and red-orange.

Blue - works with green-red and orange.

Violet - works with yellow-orange and yellow-green.

Let's have you rock in a hot asymmetrical hem skirt, with a handkerchief pinching at its center and the corners hanging down. And the colors in the vertical folds could be a cool blue with a dash of green red and orange. Then splash on your diamond blue European Style Charm Bracelet to lap in with the vibrant blue on your hem skirt.

Analogous Colors.

Now girl, these are closely related colors that tend to have a super unifying effect if used in good proportions together. You may have 3-5 such colors in a super-chic matching of your dresses to your European Style Charm Bracelet.

Let's try to feel these color streams-:

Red, orange-yellow, orange; yellow, yellow-green, green.

Wonderful, feeling I would say. Did you feel the soothing smoothness? Of course these colors will not be too obviously vibrant like the purely complementary color sets, but still they rock.

You will definitely look super-hot wearing a flaring trumpet skirt, of red, yellow-green and green analogous mix, with your shimmering emerald-green European Style Charm Bracelet.

And lastly, let's look at-:

Triad Colors.

To create a constant, well-balanced rhythm in your fashion style, let's pick colors that are of equal distance from each other on the color chart.

Now girl, close your eyes. Take a good long breadth and feel these colors-:

Red, yellow, blue.

Yellow-orange, blue-green, red-violet.

Red-orange, yellow-green, blue-violet.

Astounding, is it not? They kind of give one a cool retro-balanced feel, with some sort of raging bohemian roughness. A kind of model appeal that, dares to declare that you can still put a dress of many colors and yet look ravishing hot.

You can slip on your super-chi high waist stripe reffle asymmetrical midi skirt. With color stripes of red-orange, yellow-green, blue-violet. And you can slap on your ruby -red European Style Charm Bracelet to accentuate with the crimson and green colors.

Now to wrap this up,

Girl, you must remember-:

Use a color chart to choose the hottest mix to suit your preference.

Completely opposite colors definitely ROCK!

Multiple color combinations are good as long as they are sitting an equal distance away from each other on your color chart.

Don't overdo you coloring, you'll end up looking like a rainbow.

Now go choose your dresses and the best color fit for your sparkling European Style Charm Bracelets!

Completeness of Ayurvedic Treatments in Curing Diseases and Ailments of the Body

By Tarun Gupta

If anyone asks what is the use of Ayurveda, you can say that it is an ancient medical treatment culture that exists here from the olden days. It has no side effects since all the medicines used are natural herbs, fruits, and vegetables. Unlike allopathic medicines used in western medicines, there are no side effects in Ayurvedic medicine. You can continue to have Ayurvedic medicines for a long time. This is not the case with the western medicine where you see toxins build up after two weeks of use.

High qualifications of the Ayurvedic practitioners

Ayurvedic doctors are full-fledged doctors who study for five-and-a-half years medicine and surgery. They undergo internship and study the Ayurvedic parallels in medical treatment alongside the study of anatomy, physiology, internal medicine, surgery, psychiatry, toxicology, and more. The treatment deals with holistic healing or invoking the ability of the body to heal itself. This method of treating ailments gives us a better and more long-lasting cure. If you have any ailments you can get treated at the Ayurvedic Clinic. They have many Ayurvedic practitioners, so you can pick one who is most reputable to take treatment.

Panchakarma treatment in Ayurveda

One of the more famous treatments is the Panchakarma treatment. This means "four actions" and it concentrates on the removal of toxins and improving the lifestyle and nutrition levels. Here are the four steps discussed in detail.

Vamana: This is the vomiting therapy or induced emesis done to remove the congestions in the chest. It cleans the toxins collected in the body and purifies the gastrointestinal tract. This includes ailments such as chronic indigestion, bronchial asthma, skin disorders, and more.

Virechan: This purgation therapy aims to help purify the entire body. This treatment is most suited for those with pitta dosha. These ailments include gynecological disorders, skin ailments, headache, asthma, and so on.

Nasyam: Here the uptake of medicine is through the nasal passage as this is most suited for us. This helps remove accumulated kapha toxins from the head and neck. Here you send medicated oils and herbal juices through the nostrils of the patient. You can have Panchkarma Treatments from any recognized Ayurvedic practitioner. This treatment is effective for facial paralysis, insomnia, sinusitis, and more.

Vashti: This therapy uses the medicated enema to clean the toxins caused by vata in the colon. You can treat ailments such as digestive disorders, intestinal cleaning, asthma, IBS, sexual debility, skin ailments, and so on.

Use of other Panchkarma treatments

Other panchakarma therapies include Podikizhi, Abhyangam, Pizhichil, Elakizhi, Shiro Dhara, and navarakizhi, and more. It involves the use of fresh leaves, herbal oils, fruit juices, and medicated oil to produce relaxation and rejuvenation for the patient. You must do this in a proper manner to get the best effect. They also use massages to help burn superficial fat, improve blood circulation, and reduce obesity. You can even cure greying and thinning of hair by practices such as Shiro Dhara.

The Ayurvedic processes have undergone continuous evaluation and improvement over time. Due to the continuous learning and the change in the lifestyle of the people, this becomes inevitable and keeps the technology up to date all the time.

Dr Tarun Gupta has done his B.A.M.S from Delhi University. He successfully completed a diploma in Panchkarma from Kerala. He is the Director & Chief Consultant of Shri Kaya Kalp. He has 17 years of experience as a Panchkarma Treatment Specialist.

Ease Your Clients' Pain Before You Even Meet Them

By William T Batten

Like all service-based industries, hypnosis relies a lot on first impressions. The moment you meet someone, they begin to form impressions about you. If a client forms the wrong impressions, it makes them harder to work with (assuming they don't leave). But now, many clients form impressions of you before they ever lay eyes on you.

Many hypnotists ignore marketing. Some don't bother because they get enough referrals to book the solid. Others struggle to figure out what to say. The good news is that, if you have a decent homepage for your website, it puts you ahead of everyone else.

Your website is your digital reputation. It's what potential clients see before they meet you. An effective website, like a powerful reputation, sets them in the right frame of mind to meet you. Everything becomes easier when clients expect great things from you.

Make sure that your homepage includes information like contact details, opening hours and your street address. When clients go looking for this information, it means they're thinking of hiring you, so make it easy for them. But this is information about your business. As important as it is, clients care about something more...

Clients aren't thinking about you when they read your site. They think about themselves. So talk about them!

I see many hypnotists go on about themselves and not the clients. They talk about how they prefer Elman inductions to Erickson's approaches. They spend pages rambling about their background, journey and lifestyle. Include this information if you think it adds personality, but hide it. Your clients don't care - all they want to know is that you can help them.

When a client opens your page, you have a few seconds to grab their attention. The main headline and the first paragraphs are your only opportunity to grab them. Don't waste this by saying 'Welcome to Hypnosis Business #78297'. As polite as that is, the client doesn't want friendliness. They found your page because they carry pain in their heart.

Your headline and first paragraphs should focus on the benefits to the client. Talk about their problems. Talk about what makes the problems unbearable and how they'll feel after they're free from them. Maybe allude to how hypnosis will help them, or maybe save that for further down the page. They are in pain now and don't want to be. They want to know that you understand, so show that you understand.

This is your hook. Once they believe that you appreciate their situation, they'll listen when you mention solutions. Hypnosis will alleviate their suffering. That's what they care about and that's why they're in the market for your skills. Put yourself secondary to their needs. After all, in your client's mind, that's exactly where you are.

There's an art to acknowledging pain without dwelling on it. You know how to do so in a hypnotic context, but if you need help with your marketing, then ask a professional. How many certified hypnotists also know digital marketing? Make the right choice for your business and your clients today:

Do We Trust Computers More Than Real People?

By Irene Roth

I heard someone say something really mind-boggling the other day on television. She said adamantly that she trusted computers much more than she trusted real people. At first, I said WHAT? But then I started reflecting on the idea that maybe given the nature of our technological culture when we are always on our computers and we have hundreds of Facebook friends that this is perhaps not such a farfetched idea.

On the surface, to say that we trust computers more than people is to say that we don't trust people. You don't need a doctorate to figure out that people are not trustworthy in their dealings with others. Unfortunately, some people will do anything to cheat or lie. And when they are quiet and there doesn't seem to be much happening, people are even more nervous. That is certainly the way our political world is unfolding.

This kind of social anxiety that is caused by our modern world has taken more than a few sinister turns in the last while. We seem to have a lot on our plates in our modern world. A harmful skepticism and pessimism has taken over the world. Or is it harmful? Perhaps it is realistic enough, given the nature of our world. We can't seem to trust anyone, not even among our closest friends and relatives.

People who are trusting are usually regarded as nave or gullible. And people who are in the mainstream will do anything to reduce our nave natures into shreds of poisonous dealings and difficulties. So, maybe we should not trust people as much as we do and always be very careful when it comes to disclosing any intimate details of our lives.

But here is the problem that I see in being suspicious of everyone. We will cut ourselves off from any kind of meaningful interaction with anyone. This is because we can't possibly truly connect with another person if we are always wondering if the person is going to destroy us. But this doesn't mean that we must be completely nave either.

I believe it is possible for us to live as an optimistic pessimist. Such a person is naturally optimistic but is also careful with her dealing with others. The person also relies on her intuition to assess whether or not to trust a person. That is one way to avoid being hurt and possibly destroyed by people who are out to harm.

But what if we can't hear our intuitions? What if we have been so addicted to the media that we have forgotten to keep developing who we truly are and being authentic as much as this possible? Perhaps we can't even recognize ourselves anymore because we are so unconscious.

Well, perhaps if we are feeling this way the lady's statement above may be correct. Perhaps we can only trust computers and not people because we no longer know who we truly are and what makes us tick. I believe this is the biggest danger to our modern world, to disappear into the world of technology to such an extent that we no longer know who we are.

Wealth Creation Action Steps For Manifesting Abundance Now In Your Life

By James Nussbaumer

There are so many things included with manifesting real abundance that it would take a lot more than one short article to discuss everything.

I'll discuss a basic few-action step overview of help you get a fantastic start for how to attract wealth for a life time.

- Action Step 1: Set Specific Goals

Goals and objectives are a must and is the very first and one of the most essential action steps you'll take to accomplish wealth. Short-term goals might be daily, regular and weekly monthly goals.

Long-lasting goals include the quantity of wealth you wish to draw in near to you within a year, 1-3 years, or perhaps even four to seven and beyond.

Both kinds of goals are necessary to develop wealth. Without objectives, you are walking around blindly without any care or idea of what's ahead.

This pattern of life makes certain to leave you empty-handed!

The Course in Miracles states, "You have been wrong about the world because you have misjudged yourself."

- Action Step 2: Create a Business Plan

Your wealth creation strategy needs to highlight where you are now, where you prepare to be in the future, and how you're going to get there.

Fill in the blanks to create a rough business strategy.

Your existing earnings __________________

Business revenues and expenses (if you already own a business): _____________________.

If working for someone else): ______________________.

Business spending plan (or personal budget: __________________________.

Capital needed upfront to promote and operate business: ____________________.

Plans to acquire the capital needed (source of capital): ______________________.

Spending plan (promotions, supplies, stock, online expenditures, and so on): ________________.

Expectations (What results do you expect from your initial efforts?): ____________________.

If you don't own a business right now, developing a business strategy is an essential action for wealth creation and how to attract money even.

Do see that you must write down a comparable strategy to reach your prosperity and abundance wealth goals.

- Action Step 3: Avoid Harmful Debt.

Remember, there are 2 types of debt: damaging financial obligation and needed debt.

Hazardous debt is the financial obligation you produce for things you do not need such as extreme shopping, luxury products, costly cars and trucks that you can not pay for, and so on.

Required financial obligation is a financial obligation many people need to have to live, such as a home mortgage, vehicle loan (cost-effective), medical, college, etc

You may ask, "I thought these actions were for wealth creation?" Previously I discussed all penny stocks picks as a hobby of sort where many are proving success while aligning to manifestation principles.

As it happens, we learn that financial obligation is the reverse of wealth. The more debt you have, the less wealth you will accumulate.

You can't conserve cash or invest money that comes from another person.

If you make $4,000 in income this month, however owe $3,000 in loans (prior to everyday living expenses), you can't potentially have extra money to invest.

You need to either make more or offer some items to settle your debt. You should prevent this "debt trap" if you intend on building wealth for the future.

Another kind of financial obligation is one for your organization. You might secure a bank loan to get things started or to promote your service.

If you are unpredictable about whether the organization will bring revenues, attempt to avoid service debt until you have actually evaluated it a while.

- Action Step 4: Develop a Personal Plan.

Above, you established a company plan. Now it's time to develop an individual plan. What jobs will you do daily for how to attract wealth?

Put yourself on a schedule and a strict budget. Pursue your goals daily by making a list of things to do and marking off each product on the list as you finish the tasks.

In your budgeting, consist of a set amount of funds you will put away in savings (cost savings account, IRA, stocks, bonds, and so on).

Make sure to diversify your financial investments if you prepare to invest. Pick only one or two high-risk investments and numerous "more secure" investments such as shared funds or bonds.

- Action Step 5: Stay concentrated on your goals and objectives, not the circumstances.

Even if sales are down in your business, don't stop dead in your tracks. Remember, organizations have valleys and peaks.

- Action Step 6: Develop the Power of Visualization.

Construct a mindful mental focus, through daily meditation is something many do, and reinforce the note that, in a nutshell, wealth creation does not take place over night.

And I like to practice mindfulness meditation as a daily routine, sometimes more often, but be sure to do so with ease and enjoyment.

Conclusion:

A get-rich-quick scheme is not what you're looking for.

How to attract wealth happens with consistent labor towards the goals and objectives you have actually created.

If you do not fluctuate from these basic realities that have worked for millions of others, you can build wealth for your future!

Remember, if you are unpredictable about whether your business venture will bring you the wealth creation you want, be more focused on the love within you and be truly dedicated to your goals.

The Course in Miracles states, "Love is not learned. Its meaning lies within itself.

How to Deal With a Job You Despise

By Rosina S Khan

Ever felt stuck in a job you despise? How do you deal with it? There is no best way but in this article I give you several options.

Here are a few tips:

Try the 3-day technique

If you loathe your job, tomorrow will be worse and so will be the day after tomorrow. But the third day, things will be better. See if you can leverage this day to your full advantage doing things like being nicer to your colleagues and cleaning your workspace and finally attacking your frog of the day - settling down to your work project. Find out what parts of your work project are doable and trace from there to the harder parts. See if you can handle it and watch over the next two-three days how you do at the project. Chances are you will stick to your job and complete before the deadline. See if you can adapt to your work and work environment and things may start to fall together and you will probably retain in your job.

Try looking for an alternate job

If the job you are in no way interests you, do some job hunting online and call influential people. Both combined you are likely to land on something you love. But do these tasks outside of your current work schedule so that you still do hold a good job reputation.

See if you would like a career change

Sometimes the job you are in was never meant to be for you. Ask yourself what you would love to work on and where your interests basically lie. Search online various work niches of your interest that go with what you are educated in and chances are you will land on your dream career. Like before, remember to call influential people. Five phone calls should do the trick.

How about working from home?

If you completely detest your current job, you can actually call it quits. There are many online money-making schemes and many online work tasks which you can execute from the comfort of your home. Self-improvement is a popular niche to work on. You can grow your email list by participating in self-help joint venture giveaway events by contributing a free gift in the form of audio, video, eBook, online course or membership script etc. Once you have grown your list to a level, you can grow it further by coming in touch with self-help experts and swap clicks of opt-in pages of your gifts. This way you can also earn commissions. Finally when your list is large enough, you can send in a digital product you built to sell to them and make huge profits. At other times, keep in touch with your email list by sending newsletters with affirmations, quotes, free gifts, blog posts and articles.

Summing up, these are some of the ways you can find life again doing the very work you love and you will never have to work another day again.

What Is Career Coaching About Anyway?

By Maria Hebda

There are still many people who don't really have a clear understanding of what career coaching is or how to go about choosing a career coach. Let's just say it's not uncommon for me to get emails, social media messages, or phone calls asking me about one or the other. So...

What is career coaching exactly?

It's championing and helping you reach your ultimate career goals and your career coach being with you on that journey.

In a coach/client relationship, you hold the agenda and they provide you with the help, support, and direction you need to achieve the goal(s) you have in mind--reaching them sooner than later when attempting to do it all on your own.

Many facets come into play and depending on what your objectives are will determine the focus of your coaching sessions. An ongoing coach/client relationship strengthens awareness of what may be holding you back or the road blocks you may be facing while at the same time helping you focus on the goals you're targeting.

You receive help establishing realistic goals, discovering solutions to challenges you may be up against, developing action plans, establishing motivation, and building self-confidence. You take charge of your career by changing it from what it is today to something you've always dreamed of, being the ultimate goal.

You and your coach share that same ultimate goal creates and adds excitement during the process! The one-on-one partnering experience is an excellent way to:

receiving personalized advice, support, and guidance when making career decisions.

determining what steps to take and strategies to use.

coming up with a customized plan that will keep you on track to accomplish what you set yourself out to do.

What a career coach is not...

A counselor or therapist. A career coach helps you develop proficiencies, whereas a career counselor help clients overcome deficiencies.

Therapy often deals with a person's history and the "why's" of that history; coaching deals with the future and the "hows" of making the future become what the client wants it to become.

Those who are suffering from depression, anxiety, or problems that interfere with life situations should seek professional counseling. Career coaches do not tell their clients what to do with their lives.

To benefit from career coaching, you have to be willing to be coached. Meaning, you're open to new ideas, willing to make changes, receptive to constructive criticism, and willing and ready to take action. Seeing results from your actions is what makes all your hard work and efforts worthwhile!

What will a career coach do for you?

Challenge you, inspire you to do your best, and will be there to support you each step of the way.
Provide you with feedback, support you when times get difficult, and will be honest and up front.
Hold you accountable. Unlike friends, co-workers, or even spouses, a career coach will tell it like it is, not letting you get off easy when it comes to stepping up to the plate. No action, no results.

In other words, he/she serves as your personal advocate and provides you with a safe harbor during a time that is often filled with stress, doubt, and fear.

Career coaching will best serve you best if you're...

ready to make the commitment to achieve.
willing to put forth effort and do the work.
willing to let the coach do the coaching.
willing to "try on" new concepts or different ways of doing things.
willing to change self-defeating behaviors that limit your success.
serious about moving forward and making changes to reach your goals.
acting of your own free will and not at the bidding of others.

Who and how to choose...

Only you can determine and make the decision of who to choose as your coach. You know your needs best and who would be deemed as a "good fit" based on your research. There are thousands of career coaching services available nowadays. Do your homework.

Not all career coaches are created equal. Job seekers, non job seekers, and/or anyone considering to hire and invest their time and money partnering with a career coach needs to know what value true career experts bring to the table. Again, do your homework. Don't settle for mediocre and make an informed decision.

Tips for Selecting a Career Coach

Search for coaches who specialize in the area you're seeking career help in (i.e., job search strategies, interviewing skills, networking skills, etc.).
Check out their website, read their testimonials, review their service offerings and coaching process. What impression are you left with after reviewing their information-is there a connection, is what they present identify with you or speak to you enough to reach out and make a personal contact?
You'll find that many career coaches offer a free 15 or 30 minute consultation, which I highly recommend taking advantage of that opportunity. It gives you a chance to speak with them personally, learn more about them, how they can help you, and most importantly find out if the chemistry is there, making them a "good fit." If your personalities clash, it's better to find out now before committing to work together.
If the coach claims to be certified, take the extra step to verify their certification. Unfortunately, there are some career professionals out there claiming to be certified and displaying certification logos on their website when this is not the case. If working with a credentialed career coach is important to you, take the extra step and verify.

The career coaches (and resume writers)    in our network have been verified certified and what makes our network of career professionals different from other searchable career service online databases. And, certifications are checked quarterly.

Now that you know what career coaching is all about and what to look for when it comes time to choosing a career coach, it's time to take action!
