Building Up Your Faith Through Christ To Gain Victory In Life

By Ngozi Nwoke

Do you desire to build up your faith? A believing Christian needs to build up his or her faith in order to survive or succeed as a Christian. However, this is a big challenge to many, not knowing how to do so. This article points you to how to build up your faith through Christ.

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God - Romans 10:17 (NKJV).

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth - John 1:1, 14 (NKJV).

Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith - Hebrews 12:2a (NKJV).

Faith is a very important virtue a believing Christian must possess, because without it no man can please God. In fact, Christianity (the gospel of Christ) is summarized as "the faith." Our victory in Jesus is dependent on our ability to believe in Him and what He had done for our salvation and dominion on earth. The good news is that every child of God has a measure of faith. However, the level of dominion you exercise on earth at any time is determined by how much you have built your faith at that time.

But how do you build up your faith?

The word of God says that faith comes as we hear and understand the word of God (Romans 10:17). Also, the scriptures say that Jesus is the word of God. So, we can say that faith comes as we hear and understand Jesus. Hebrews 12:2a confirms this by telling us that Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. Therefore your faith starts and ends with Christ.

Having a burning desire to know more about Jesus is a vital step in building up your faith. This will move you to search the scriptures, which will reveal Christ more and more to you. The more you believe in what Christ has done, and as such what He can do, the more your faith grows.

The books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John give account of Christ's walk on earth: His teachings, the miracles, signs and wonders that He performed. Then the Acts of the apostles recorded the acts of the apostles of Christ, who believed in Him and exercised their faith in His teachings, and the Lord confirmed the word with signs and wonders following. A journey, with a desire to have an encounter, through these books will jack up your faith in God.

Now, note that every book in the bible has a lot to say about Jesus and so should be equally read along with the above books of the bible. However, the above books expose you to the Lord's teachings, miracles, signs and wonders and teach you how to exercise this acquired knowledge and get results.

In conclusion, without faith it is impossible to please God. Therefore, it is very important that you know, understand and believe in the author and finisher of your faith. Start today if you haven't and your future will be full of signs and wonders.

Do You Love Me More Than These?

By Ngozi Nwoke

Are you in a struggle to obey God? Is there anything you need to let go of for you to please God? To love God means putting Him first before any other thing. It is letting go of what must go for you to do the will of the Father. This article stresses the need to do the required thing in order to walk in love towards the Lord.

"So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs." He said to him again a second time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Tend My sheep." - John 21:15-16 (NKJV).

Loving God means obeying His commandments (John 14:15), and that includes the ones that we personally won't want to do. It means obeying God in all things, whether it's convenient or not, we understand it or not, it makes sense or not, it's a sacrifice or not. God demands absolute obedience if you are to please Him. The good thing is that every instruction from God is aimed at blessing us. When God demanded that Abraham should sacrifice Isaac, He tested his love for Him above that which he had for Isaac. Abraham passed the love test and God swore great blessings to him, which his generations after him are still reaping till today.

Sometimes, obeying God demands that you let go of certain things, especially things that are competing with your full obedience to God. As a Christian believer, such things may not be bad in themselves, but are obstacles in fulfilling the Lord's perfect plan for you. It may be to let go of a relationship, hobby, food, or even a business or career. You may not quite understand why God is asking for you to let go of it, but as you obey you will discover the reason. The Alpha and Omega never makes mistakes, neither can He fail you. His thoughts for you are of peace and not of evil to give you an expected end.

Peter was originally a fisherman fishing fish before Jesus called him to fish men. When Jesus died, he remembered his fishing again. Apparently, Peter loved fishing. Jesus had to ask him three times if he loved Him more than the fishes to show how serious He was about the assignment He had given Peter. Fishing on its own was not wrong, but it was distracting Peter from the instructions of Jesus. He was to feed and tend the sheep of the Lord. He was to spearhead the spread of the gospel of Christ, and not to go back to fishing fish. The souls of men are more important than fishing fish to earn living or for fun.

Is Jesus asking you the same question concerning certain things, "Do you love Me more than these?" God tested Abraham with his son; this incidence shows that the Lord should always be number one in your life. Concerning certain things, the Lord may require total severance from them to get your full commitment to the assignment He had given you, while in some other things, He will require that you put them secondary, that is after Him in your life. For instance, as much as it is very important that you are there for your family in everything, the Father demands that you put Him first before your family. It all calls for wisdom. Besides, putting God first releases the wisdom, grace and the resources to carry out your responsibilities in the family.

In conclusion, it is important to note that the Lord will never require of you to do what He had not equipped you to do. He will never ask you to do what is contrary to His word or impossible for you to do. All He requires is that nothing should come between you and Him. Truly, nothing is worth jeopardizing your relationship with God and your ability to fulfill your purpose in life. Therefore, with boldness and certainty, declare to Jesus in the face of that issue of concern, "Yes Lord, You know that I love you." By the grace of God, you will not fail the Father.

The Truth - Having The Mind Of Christ Takes You Higher In Life

By Ngozi Nwoke

Do you want to fly high in life? Then the secret is to have the same mind which was in Christ Jesus. The secret of the Lord's success on earth lies in the mindset He carried and operated with. It rewarded Him with the name that is above other names till date, such that at the name of Jesus every other name and authority bows. This article explains what this mindset is and encourages you to do likewise that you may obtain your heart desire this year.

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross - Philippians 2:5-8 (KJV).

Everyone wants to be great in life but not everybody is ready to pay the price. Nothing great comes cheap. Wishing for success and breakthrough will get you nowhere and praying without obedience will equally not benefit you. It takes having the mind of Christ to soar high in life.

What was the mind of Christ?

Our Lord Jesus, though God, made Himself of no reputation, became a servant, humbled Himself and became obedient unto death. He stripped Himself of His glory and came and walked among men He co-created. He was scorned and humiliated many times by men but it never stopped from obeying the command of God His Father. He went from cities to cities, villages to villages preaching the gospel of the kingdom that He may reconcile many people back to Father. He moved most of the time on foot, entered boats or ship where He needed to cross the sea. He had no place of His own to lay His head. He went about healing all that were sick and oppressed by the devil. Indeed He tirelessly pursued the will of the Almighty God. He had great compassion on the people and was ever ready to set free anyone under any kind of bondage. His life was a total sacrifice unto the Father for the salvation of man.

Was He able to do all these because He was God? No! He succeeded as a man. He humbled Himself and chose to be obedient to the Father's instructions, knowing the joy that was set before Him. Therefore, as the scripture says work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

What can stop you from obeying the great commission: "Go and preach the gospel to every creature?" (Mark 16:15). What can stop you from going from street to street telling people that Jesus loves them? It's time for us to humble ourselves like Jesus and choose to obey God in all things that He may pour upon us His great blessings and lift us above our peers.

In conclusion, if you desire salvation from the unpleasant state of your life and destiny, choose to do as Jesus did and the Father will lift you beyond your present position.

Heart Service - Access To Open Doors

By Ngozi Nwoke

Do you desire to gain access to open doors in your life? Then this post is for you. Many people desire open doors but they are not getting it because they are not doing what is needed to gain access to it. God has made available open doors for His people but it takes heart service to gain access to them. This article emphasizes service from the heart as a channel to God's open doors for you.

And it shall be that if you earnestly obey My commandments which I command you today, to love the LORD your God and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, then I will give you the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, your new wine, and your oil - Deuteronomy 11:13-14 (NKJV).

These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men - Matthew 15:8-9 (NKJV).

Many people are Christian believers but they are not serving the Lord with their heart. Their lips honour God but their hearts are far from God. They go to church but they don't want to be committed in any service in the church, they don't make out time to pray for God's kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven, and they don't go out to preach the gospel to unbelievers so they can be saved. They are just nominal Christians: hearers but not doers of the word of God. Such Christians are denying themselves access to open doors in their lives.

God has promised that when you obey His commandments to love and to serve Him, He would open the heavens and pour out rain upon the land for you, so that you can gather grains, new wine and oil. These connote abundant blessings. When you love God, which is to obey His instructions: both personal instructions and the instructions in the word, and serve Him with all your heart, you gain access to the floodgates of heaven. The Lord becomes committed to seeing that your requests are answered.

When the shunammite woman (2 Kings 4:8-37) chose to serve God by serving Elisha the man of God from her heart, she gained access to her open door of fruitfulness and she gave birth to a male child after many years of barrenness. Also, when the enemy struck this son of hers to death, her service gave her access to restoration of her son back to life; complete package- fruitfulness and preservation of the blessing.

Dorcas in Acts 9:36-42 is another woman who gained access to open doors through service. She wasn't the only one who had ever died in Joppa, but her service unto the Lord compelled the brethren to desire her restoration and God granted their heart desire. Service unto the Father compels God to cause people to favour you.

Furthermore, the favour of God was upon Joseph even during his challenges because he chose to serve God with his heart. He preferred to be thrown into prison than to disobey God and lie with Portiphar's wife. However, God used that prison to open the door to his palace. Joseph, a slave in Egypt, over night became the second in command in the same nation. Service from the heart will always lead you to your open door.

Therefore, is God laying it in your heart to serve Him in a specific capacity or is He prompting you to obey and serve Him more? If so, know that you will not gain access to your open door until you obey Him. So, I encourage you to take a step of faith today and do as you have been instructed and you will be sharing testimonies of your open doors.

Praying In The Spirit - Power Channel For Effective And Fruitful Prayer Life

By Ngozi Nwoke

Are you baptized with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with tongues? Praying in the Spirit or speaking with tongues is God's wisdom for empowering our prayer lives and ensuring that we pray in line with the will of God, thereby securing the Lord's intervention and blessings. It is a weapon that the enemy can neither understand nor interfere with. This article encourages you to pray more in the Spirit.

Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God - Romans 8:26-27 (NKJV).

But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit - Jude 1:20 (NKJV).

Praying in the Holy Spirit is very important for a powerful Christian living. It helps you to pray aright through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit helps you to pray very well when you pray with tongues. He helps you to pray the way and for the things you ought to. He intercedes for us with groaning which cannot be explained, He goes deep into the root of a matter to pray about it. The Spirit of God prays directly to the Father according to His will and so the Father hears Him expressly.

What happens when you pray in tongues?

When you pray in the Spirit, you move from the earthly realm to the spiritual realm where the enemy cannot interfere with what you are saying, since he can't understand it.
You are empowered spiritually, because God praying through you will rub off on you His nature. It is just as when you stay a while where there is smoke; you end up smelling of that smoke, the smoke rubs off on you. God's nature rubs off on you the more, as you spend time praying in the Holy Ghost. You will love and do great works like He does.
The day, things, situations work out according to the Lord's plan since the Spirit of God has prayed about them through you. This is why it is advisable to spend some time praying with tongues to thoroughly take care of issues unknown to you before stepping out or making major decisions.
You build up your faith in God and in His words. You will discover that you effortlessly believe God's word and that you truly expect the word of God to be fulfilled in your life as it is written in the scriptures.
You become more sensitive to the voice and leading of the Father. When you pray in the Spirit long enough you will get to a point where you are absolutely quiet within you and you can hear the still small voice of God speaking to you.
Your wisdom and understanding of the scriptures are sharpened. As the Holy Spirit is praying the mind of the Lord through you, your mind is equally sharpened. You tend to reason like God and understand things explicitly, including the scriptures.

Therefore, take a decision to spend some time praying with tongues because it makes a great difference in what comes your way in life and how you respond to issues. The longer you pray the better your testimonies. However, you must pray in the Spirit believing that the Holy Spirit is praying through you according to the will of the Lord and that it shall be as He had prayed.

If you are born again and not baptized with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with tongues, ask Jesus to baptize you with Him, for Christ is the baptizer and He will. However, you may choose to go to your Pastor who will minister the baptism of the Holy Spirit to you. But, know that only Jesus can baptize you with the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:11). Baptism in the Holy Spirit empowers you to do exploit for God. Paul is a good example of someone who enjoyed the power of speaking with tongues.

Paul the apostle prayed in the Spirit more than the rest, no wonder he was so powerful, did great signs and wonders, had great revelations from Jesus and achieved a lot for Christ. He covered so many territories for Christ and wrote about two-third of the New Testament. Praying in the Spirit is a blessing, therefore key into it and derive all the blessings within it for you.

Leading Means Honoring The PROCESS

By Richard Brody

One of the greatest challenges, many potential leaders confront, is an internal one, and the willingness, and ability, to admit, to themselves, effective leadership doesn't merely happen, but, rather, requires several steps, a keen commitment, and sincere dedication, to proceeding, with respect, for the PROCESS. If one hopes to achieve, in the best, possible manner, he must proceed, forward, with the mindset, of honoring this process, and achieving, the finest possible results! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly consider, examine, discuss, and identify, using the mnemonic approach, why this is so essential, to being a quality leader.

1. Priorities; planning; procedure: A leader must begin, by considering the needs, goals, etc, of his group, and developing relevant priorities, which might best address these, in the best possible way! Effective leadership planning is never a one - step, procedure, but, rather, requires a commitment to a disciplined process, in order to achieve one's objectives, in a relevant, sustainable manner.

2. Relevant; responsible; responsive; realistic: Don't bury, your head, in the sand, but rather, plan, in a realistic, responsive way! Unless/ until, one proceeds in a relevant manner, he is not being a responsible leader!

3. Options; opportunities; open - minded; organized; opinions: When one maintains an open - mind, he fully considers and examines the options and alternatives! One must recognize and be prepared, to take advantage of the finest, most appropriate, opportunities! However, to achieve, in a quality way, one must become, as organized, as possible, and have the self - confidence, to articulate well - intentioned, opinions!

4. Character; clarity; coordinate: A leader must possess the intangible quality, often referred to, as strength of character! When this is combined, with well - considered, clarity, and an ability, to coordinate, to the best interests, of his constituents, the ability to effectively lead, becomes far more possible!

5. Empathy; emphasis; endurance; excellence: The utmost excellence requires genuine empathy, so as to be able, to place his emphasis, as it should be focused! However, it's important to recognize, this does not happen overnight, but, often requires commitment and endurance!

6. System; service: If you hope to be a leader, you must utilize a system, based on providing the most relevant, meaningful service, for those you serve and represent!

7. Strengthen; sustainable solutions: It's easier to blame and complain, about the past, than to proceed, forward, in a way, which will strengthen the organization. One must consider potential ramifications, needs, etc, and introduce quality, sustainable solutions!

Will you honor the PROCESS of being a quality leader? Are you up to the task?

Leadership Lessons From General H Norman Schwarzkopf

By Madeline Frank

H. Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr. as a child dreamed of a military career. His father, H. Norman Schwarzkopf, Sr., had attended West Point, "served in WWI" and later in WWII rising to the rank of brigadier general in the U.S. Army. At the end of WWII, General Schwarzkopf, Sr. was posted in Iran and remained to help "organize and train the national police force". (achievement.org H Norman Schwarzkopf)

Developing Discipline and Character:

In 1946, Brigadier General Schwarzkopf, Sr.'s family joined him in Iran. Norman, Jr. was 12 years old and attended school in Iran, and later in Switzerland, Germany, and Italy. He became an outstanding student becoming fluent in French and German.

Developing Competence: Attending West Point:

Returning to the United States, like his father, Norman, Jr. attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. At West Point, along with his studies, he "played on the football team, wrestled, sang and conducted the chapel choir". (achievement.org H Norman Schwarzkopf)

A Teacher's Lesson Lasts A Lifetime:

While at West Point, Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr's football team was taught by Assistant Coach Vince Lombardi his '49' "Lombardi Sweep". This play would later become a staple in the Green Bay Packers dominance in the NFL under Lombardi's leadership.

Lombardi Sweep: His '49':

Years later the eager, young Schwarzkopf was now General Schwarzkopf. He was 6'3", and 240 pounds with a gruff and direct communication style, and he had a fearsome temper.

This temper and a hate for losing helped him lead his troops to victory during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. "He spoke French and German to coalition partners, showed awareness of Arab sensitivities and served as Gen. Colin Powell's operative man on the ground." (Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf-ABC News)

General Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr would remember and use his own version of the "49 Lombardi Sweep" during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. This football play from his younger years helped play a crucial part in the United States Coalition victory of Desert Storm.

Ron Kramer, a former Green Bay Packer, All-American football player under Coach Vince Lombardi "was watching the news about Operation Desert Storm when he noticed General Norman Schwarzkopf detailing an assault by his forces into Iraq, using arrows and diagrams to illustrate the maneuvers."

Kramer had played tight end for Green Bay from 1957 to 1964, squinted at his television screen. "He remembered that play. He had seen those arrows before!" Kramer recalls shouting at the television screen.

"I wrote a letter to General Schwarzkopf. I sent '49' to him and told him he had plagiarized Vince. He was at Army when Vince was there."

General Schwarzkopf wrote back to Ron Kramer that "he had played football at West Point" and shared "his memories of the famous coach."    Related: Lombardi Sweep

Taking Action:

Schwarzkopf's first assignment was "as executive officer of the 2nd Airborne Battle Group of the 187th Airborne Infantry Regiment at Fort Campbell, Kentucky". Then he went to work "with the 101st Airborne, and with the 6th Infantry in West Germany." In 1960 and 1961, "he was aide-de-camp to the Berlin Command." It was a critical period "in the history of that divided city." (achievement.org H Norman Schwarzkopf)

Earning Engineering Master's:

Returning to the United States, Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr. earned his master's at the University of Southern California in mechanical engineering.

Teaching Engineering at West Point:

Schwarzkopf returned to West Point in 1965 to teach engineering. Many of Norman's classmates had gone to "Vietnam as advisors to the South Vietnamese army." In 1965, Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr. applied to join them.

Captain Schwarzkopf, Jr. worked as an advisor to the South Vietnamese Airborne Division and was promoted to major.

Returned to Teaching at West Point:

Schwarzkopf after completing "his tour of duty in Vietnam" returned to teaching at West Point.

Lieutenant Colonel & Marriage:

Major Schwarzkopf was promoted to lieutenant colonel in 1968 and married Brenda Holsinger. They later had three children.

At Leavenworth, Kansas, Schwarzkopf continued his training at "the Command and General Staff College".

Colonel Schwarzkopf "as U.S. casualties in Vietnam mounted, became convinced it was his duty to apply his training and experience there, where they might save the most lives." (achievement.org H Norman Schwarzkopf)

Returning to Vietnam in 1969:

Colonel Schwarzkopf returned as a battalion commander to Vietnam.

Doing the right thing ethically: Courage under fire: Vietnam:

During the Vietnam War on May 28, 1970, when General Schwarzkopf was a Lieutenant Colonel, he "ordered his helicopter down to rescue his troops who had wandered into a minefield.

Some were airlifted out, but he stayed behind with his troops. A soldier tripped a mine, shattering his leg and wounding the colonel, who crawled atop the thrashing victim to stop him from setting off more mines. Three other troopers were killed by an exploding mine, but the colonel led the survivors to safety.

Lieutenant Colonel Schwarzkopf was willing to risk his life for his men." (Robert McFadden's New York Times article)

Barbara Walters was interviewing General Norman Schwarzkopf and asked him to define leadership.

General Schwarzkopf said, "It's competence, more importantly, it's character. It's taking action. It's doing the right (ethical)thing."

In the business world these are the same four qualities needed for success.

Barbara Walters asked General Schwarzkopf "What do you want on your tombstone?"

General Schwarzkopf said, "I want it to say, 'He loved his family and he loved his troops-and they loved him."

If you were asked, "What do you want on your tombstone? What would you say?

Zig Ziglar, motivational expert, says, "Compassion, love, and sympathy are very definitely part of the success formula. Having the ability to walk in the shoes of another is of paramount importance. When you truly know how the other person feels, you can communicate with him or her more easily and lead more effectively." General Schwarzkopf knew this!

General H. Norman Schwarzkopf said, "There's nothing wrong with being afraid. And true courage is not not being afraid. True courage is being afraid, and going ahead and doing your job anyhow, that's what courage is."
What are the five leadership qualities General Schwarzkopf identified, exemplified, and taught for success?

1) Competence,

2) Character,

3) Taking Action,

4) Doing the right thing at all times (ethically) and having

5) Courage.

By developing these five leadership qualities of General Norman Schwarzkopf you too will become an exemplary leader!

Registry Cleaners in 2018

By Richard Peck

The "registry cleaner" market was massive in 2010/2011, with many people looking for simple ways to resolve core computing problems (particularly with the newly released Windows 7).

With the introduction of Windows 10, and the ensuing updates to both the core and wider system level settings, the market dissipated for the registry repair tools - replaced *either* with demand for a more deeper "system optimization" tool, or consolidating to the most effective tool (which turned out to be CCleaner).

We've been in the PC market long enough to know that the majority of promoted "registry cleaner" tools are nothing more than vaporware. However, their premise (an automated cleaning solution for Windows) is still valid - and is why it's important to consider your various options if you're in the business of keeping your computer system running as smoothly as possible.

What *Are* Registry Cleaners?

The crux of "registry cleaner" tools has been to "clean" the "registry" database of Windows. This database basically exists to store all the "settings" that your system may have inside - with everything from your background wallpaper to your login information stored inside.

Whilst the registry works well, it can often become bloated, damaged or infected with viruses - leading to a varying number of problems with Windows systems. The idea behind "registry cleaners" was that you'd be able to repair these various problems by using an automated tool to "fix" errors inside the registry.

The problem with this was that many of the tools were either unable to "fix" the errors that people had on their systems, or were downright dangerous (deleting incorrect settings etc). This is why many people became weary of the various registry cleaner tools - they ended up becoming extremely ineffectual, bordering on "scams". Popularity for a number of products - including the likes of "RegCure" imploded.

Do They Work & Which Tools Are Best?

Ultimately, like many automated tools, "registry cleaners" do have the capacity to work to some degree.

The key is understanding that these tools should form part of a wider strategy for keeping digital systems running as smoothly as possible. To do this, you need to appreciate the following:

Remove file-based system errors

Fix filepath reference issues

Clean up temporary files (both for the OS and other software)

Fix relative issues within Windows (user settings etc)

The best "registry cleaner" tools are not only those which perform the above as effectively as possible, but also ensure that whenever you're scanning through your system, you're able to keep track of all the resource usage that your system may have.

This not only ensures that you'll be able to get the most out of the tool, but that you'll also to effectively gauge the quality of service it provides.

Registry Cleaners 2018

To summarize the "registry cleaner" market for 2018, the following are the only real players in the market right now:

ioBit Advanced System Care
A popular tool, backed by 24/7 support - it's one of the longest standing "registry cleaner" applications to have been released. It's able to fix a large number of "scanning items", through which it's able to remove any of the potential problems that Windows computers may have. Unfortunately, has a long standing issue with being considered "bloatware". Often over-inflates purported results, leading to potential conflicts with the underlying OS (Windows).

CCleaner Cloud
This is by far the most popular "registry cleaner" tool - the "cloud" edition simply adds the ability to track & manage various systems through a central "web" interface. Despite the added functionality, the core issue with CCleaner still remains; which is that it basically doesn't have a very powerful core engine. In other words, it doesn't find many errors.

FLCleaner 3.0
Based on the "Frontline Registry Cleaner 2.0" system (both of which having been published as "open source"), this is new type of system labelled a "stack manager". The point of FLCleaner 3.0 is to basically take what CCleaner Cloud did very well (tracking of systems), and tie it to the software that a computer might be using. Specifically, rather than determining system based errors, this tool can identify and resolve platform centric ones. The benefit of this is that it works across all modern devices (Windows/Linux/Mac/Android/iOS etc) to provide overview of the entire digital infrastructure you may be running. Also backed by 24/7 support.

Uniblue Registry Cleaner Kit
Uniblue have been a big player in the PC software business for many years. Their popular products - DriverBooster and RegistryMechanic - were extremely popular. Unfortunately, the market has lead to somewhat of an exodus of buyers from this company - leading to their consolidation of a number of products. One of the main ones is the "Registry Cleaner Kit" - into which they put their "registry" engineering prowess. This tool is somewhat effective at cleaning up typical Windows errors.

Social Justice and Leadership

By Joe F Beeson

Social justice and leadership are very much linked together when we think of making a change in the world. Without leadership and different types of leaders, social justice would be much harder to achieve with any success. There are many different types of leaders including some no one would ever know were a part of the change in a society.

Lao Tzu, a Chinese philosopher had this to say about leadership "A leader is best when people barely know he exists when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves." This can be interpreted in many ways, Lao is "The Father of Taoism" and has many metaphoric writings dating back to ancient China. For me this shows the importance of having different types of leaders and the right types of leaders involved. I find this quote interesting but I do not think it means that the leader who did not receive credit necessarily wants that credit. Bringing together different types of leaders will sometimes have the effect of one person taking the credit or being the face of the success or change.

Some leaders do not want the credit and want others to receive the praise. The "best" leader meaning a person does not care about the recognition, because his job is done and that is all they need to feel accomplished. This can relate to social justice because many if not all leaders working towards any social justice are not working for themselves and what they can get out of it. But are working to change the quality of life of others as well as themselves or their environment. Social justice requires more than one leader and different styles or types of leadership. This quote relates to the ones working behind the scenes make everything come together to make a change. What makes change in our society, for the good or the bad? Leaders who empower others to become leaders? A group of people who are different from one another who share a common goal?

There are different types of leaders and styles. Change can't be made with one leader doing everything to make it happen. It can't be done without the followers that become leaders and bring more people in. We need different types of people with different views or mindsets to bring good ideas and knowledge. When most people think of a leader they have the image of an outspoken, vocal extrovert who seems to always know what to say. Today introverts are not considered typical leaders, introverts can be successful leaders but in a different way. In some situations, an introverted leader would not be appropriate and there are times where those extroverted skills are essential. Introverts tend to find themselves in leadership positions less often but most are capable of the job. With social justice, having introverted leaders involved is essential, because of their ability to listen.

In conclusion, yes leaders come in all shapes and sizes, some lack certain qualities, but that doesn't necessarily mean that person wouldn't be a successful leader. A great leader doesn't have to have every quality needed for success. The best leaders are those who recognize their weaknesses and surround themselves with others that have the lacking quality(s). Utilize the strength of others, surround themselves with successful confident people and give recognition to those deserving.

Leaders Need Constituents' SUPPORT

By Richard Brody

Meaningful leadership cannot exist in a vacuum, and thus, one cannot be a relevant, inspirational, motivating leader, without getting others involved and committed! Therefore, leaders need the true SUPPORT of their constituents, in order, to achieve, the often - challenging tasks, of overcoming some obstacles, and handling these, as challenges, to address, overcome, and, thus, become even stronger and far more relevant! It often begins, admitting, no one has all the answers, and avoiding the temptation to proceed, in a My way, or the highway, manner! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, consider, and discuss, what this means, and why it's such an essential consideration, using the mnemonic approach.

1. Strengthen/ stronger; system; sustainable solutions: When one focuses on the needs, perceptions, goals and priorities of one's constituents, he moves forward, to attempt to strengthen the group, and stakeholders, and together, make the organization stronger, and far more relevant! This means beginning by fully considering the options and alternatives, as well as needs and goals, and perceiving and conceiving of, creating, and implementing a well - considered system, to achieve the best possible scenario! True leaders avoid the simplistic, merely popular, approaches, and empty rhetoric/ promises, but seek sustainable solutions.

2. Unique; useful; usable; urge: Before one seeks a position of leadership, he should, objectively, and introspectively examine and consider, what unique assets and ideas, will he introduce, to make the group better and more sustainable! Either one introduces useful ideas, which are usable, in a realistic way, or he is not a real leader! Quality leaders must be ready, willing and able, to urge others, to join him, in his focused quest!

3. Priorities; perception: Priorities must focus on the common good, rather than any personal agenda, and/ or self - interest! A real leader must possess a perception, focused on how to make things better, for the organization, and those, he serves and represents.

4. Planning: Nothing merely happens, by either having good motives, caring, or merely, because one hopes/ wishes, it will! Rather, a leader must fully consider the options, and proceed, with the most effective leadership planning!

5. Options; opportunities; opinions: When one is open - minded, he will fully consider the options and alternatives, seeking the finest opportunities available, recognizing those which present themselves, and/ or creating his own opportunity! However, a leader must possess the self - confidence, to express and articulate his opinions, in a clear, positive manner!

6. Relationships; relevant; responsive: When the quality of relationships, becomes a priority, a real leader prioritizes proceeding in a relevant, well - considered manner, which is consistently responsive to the needs, perception and priorities of one's constituents!

7. Timely: There's no place for procrastination, in the process of a leader! Rather, one must be ready, willing and able, to proceed, in a well - considered, timely manner!

If you want to be a real leader, you must earn the SUPPORT of those, you serve and represent. Are you worthy of leading?
